We used Hire a Helper last year to help us unload a POD and the did a fantastic job. This year we knew who to call to unload POD #2. They are always on time and up to the challenge. Sergio, DJ, William and Greg are polite and conscientious of what we need. Always a smile and work constantly. We already have them set up for POD #3 coming in July. The guys were on time, polite and hard working. No damage and very conscious of doorways and stairs. We will use them again to unload our next POD. Very friendly and easy to work with; the job was completed in about an hour. I’m very impressed with the entire experience. These guys were great. Punctual, polite, and they were helpful in every way. I’ve moved more times than I’d prefer and the movers haven’t always been what you’d hope for. These guys were helpful in pointing out important items we had missed, they showed us how to reconnect appliances/etc, and gave advice about what we should look out for in getting everything set up. Most importantly, they understood the emotional reaction of my sister who was moving for the first time in 30 years and leaving her life-long home behind. When finished, they asked my Sis if they had everything setup the way she wanted and in response my Sister had a few tears. The lead mover asked her if she wanted a hug and she said yes. Trust these guys. They made every effort.

One of the workers stopped working after 1 hour. I was charged for 3 hours although the 1 1/2 workers only stayed for 2 hours. Would not use again.

While they were late—move before ours went over—they worked really hard! Friendly, polite, asked where things should go, no problem with hauling heavy things upstairs. Definitely would use this company again!

Abe and his helper were awesome! They were very professional and made sure they were careful with our belongings. I would definitely recommend using them if you need any help loading or unloading.

J&E did a wonderful job moving us into our new home. They showed up on time and even called about 15 minutes before they arrived so we knew when to expect them. They were very friendly and worked hard to move all of our belongings in as quickly as possible. They arrived on time. I can't believe how fast they worked. We had several heavy items on the 2nd story of our house and it seemed like thet sprinted up and down the stairs. They even got done a little early and helped us load some household boxes. They were to move a piano for us also and we didn't have our uhaul yet so they volunteered to come back the next day to move it. While here the second day they volunteeredbto move any other items we needed move. I would recommend their services to friend. And I would hire them again.

The 2 young men were available on very short notice (just a few hours) on Sunday. They unloaded the u-haul truck and carted everything up to the 2nd floor apartment. They brought their own dollies, they were careful with everything even when not all items were well packed, they finished unloading in 2 hours and they were cheerful and friendly. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!
