Customers Trust MovingPlace

I wanted to provide a good review and a good tip because that's what I always do when I receive a service. I really thought this was going to go very well. I don't really think that it did. First, I scheduled them for between 10 and 11:00 a.m. and was called to ask for a schedule change to between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. . They arrived at 3:00 and complained by about 4:30 that they had to get out of there because they were going to Hershey Park in Harrisburg. I really could have used them for another hour and had asked them at the beginning if they could stay. At first they said no, then they said yes then they said no. I asked them first off to go upstairs and get the beds because they were really heavy and it was important to me that I had help with them. They said they weren't worried about those right away. And they never went upstairs, though I paid for them to go upstairs. They did work the majority of the two hours with a few breaks, but they were tired because they had fit in another 3-hour service for another family ( or two and). The immediately started to complain about how much stuff we had and never stopped. I had hired them by the hour, not by the item, so it bothered me that they kept complaining. When they got to the new apartment I wasn't there, but my daughter and her fiance were. They were disrespectful to my daughter and their families arrived and we're eating there and one of their wives pointed out my daughter and called her a name and said look at her just sitting there while you work. I hadn't hired my daughter to work, I had hired them. What she did was not their business. I felt they were very unprofessional and I really needed that extra hour. I know they aren't obligated to, but maybe if they had come in the morning when I scheduled it they would have had time to stay another hour. Instead they scheduled other jobs and pushed mine off till the afternoon when they didn't have time to get the very event at Hershey Park. They claimed they didn't owe me any money for not using the stairs to get the beds and offered to possibly come back late tonight for more money to do more work if my daughter's attitude was not there. Her attitude started when they were there at the new apartment and the family showed up and she was treated with disrespect. They got so angry with her before she even started griping. My younger daughter and I live alone on her SSI. I finally have an income again and received my first pay yesterday. It all went to them and I felt cheated. I paid, because I owed them the money, but they were upset that I didn't leave a tip. Like I said, I always leave a generous tip, but today I just wasn't feeling it. Thank you for listening.
