Great Job

Onward Moving showed up to unload our trailer on time and got right to work. They worked two and half hours in 95 degree heat without slowing down or taking breaks (even though I encouraged them to do so). They were careful and wouldn't quit until I was satisfied. Highly recommend their services to anyone moving.

The move was scheduled for 8am--noon, but they were overbooked and called to postpone until 2-3pm. When they weren't there at 3pm, I called them, and was told that it would be 4-6 pm. They arrived at 4:30. When I contacted Hire A Helper, I was told that the four-hour delay would get me a 20% discount, but that is not reflected in my invoice. When the crew arrived, they were fast, careful (NO breakage when we unloaded), and adaptable. I'd recommend that crew, but I whoever scheduled them needs a refresher on the whole concept of reservations and appointments.

They arrived on time, worked very hard, and didn't leave until the job was finished. I'd recommend them, and I plan to use them again in the future.

The team was punctual, hard working, and very polite. We had one small piece of mahogany veneer pulled off a buffet, but I believe it can be easily repaired. I look forward to using them again very soon.

I called A Touch Above the day before I needed them and they accepted the job. I requested an arrival time at noon. Although I was told the night before the workers might be a few minutes late, they actually arrived 2 1/2 hours late. When the two workers finally arrived, they looked exhausted. Despite the fact that I had indicated a dolly was needed, they arrived without one. The Lead person told me he wasn't told of the requirement. They were still able to move the heavy items but it would have been easier and faster with the appropriate equipment. In summary, they did what they were hired to do but they could have done more. I believe I loaded more boxes than they did. I would only use them again if I had no other option.
