The 5 stars is for the movers themselves, they were both fantastic!! Friendly, efficient, on time, took care of everything they were unloading from the truck and took good care in the house not to scratch walls or doors etc. Hard working very nice young men!! The problem I had was with the financial aspect, the guys were done in less than 2 hours but we had prepaid for 3 hours through hireahelper with a Penske truck rental. But when I called for a refund of the last hour I was told that it was a 3 hour minimum which is not right because hireahelper and/or the moving company is who decided on this time frame, not us. So if they estimated too long of a time frame they should refund money for the unused time. So in this case I would not recommend them or use them for future moves.

They arrived on time, asking about which items I wanted extra padding on. They were both amazing!!!!!

They were on time and professional. The two hour window was used efficiently and it was obviously apparent they were careful with the various pieces of furniture and boxes. The only thing to add was that during the initial sign up for the service using big boys moving company I had requested that tools be available with them to assemble a couple of pieces of furniture. Notably a wood bed frame and dining table. This did not happen. Other than that I was more than pleased and would use the service again

Chuck and Timothy did a great job. I had used Chuck and Durran two weeks earlier, and they great too. Respectful and did all requested in timely fashion, yet carefully. I had several heavy, bulky items too. Yes, would use and refer also.

Chuck and Durran worked together as A TEAM, carefully listening and moving items to where directed. Pleasant attitudes and both so strong.

Mark and his team arrived promptly, they were awesome ! They were polite , respectful and prepared . We forgot to mention one particularly heavy item ahead of time so they weren’t sure if they could maneuver It down the stairs, but they figured it out ! was pouring rain and cold the entire time they were moving us but kept a smile in their face . I will definitely refer them to anyone I know who needs help moving . Thanks again

They were on time, worked hard, were careful with my things.

As in my last review, I said I would use them again when I bought a home (Which was much sooner than I thought), and I did. And we completely the move st the start of a long snow storm. I have zero complaints- time management was excellent. But here’s the real thing- I had rented a different sized truck and different company truck for the move.... not realizing it wasn’t the exact same size as before- so this was my error. Matt quickly realized the move could not be completed in one trip. As the snow storm had started to really pick up, they offered to complete 2 trips to get all of my things there by end of day. They most certainly weren’t obligated to do that and I sincerely appreciate it.... because who else really is going to move your stuff on a moments notice during a fairly heavy snow storm on a Friday night (and lots of snow for more than a week after) Yes, they were obviously going to get paid the extra hourly rate.... but they weren’t required to do it. I think they saw the pinch I was in and are just a good group. As for my stuff, I can’t really find a nick or scratch anywhere. Nothing broken. Nothing damaged. Even the walls of both homes... Nada. No scratches, scuffs or dents. Everything disassembled and reassembled without issue. They still have their own tools and arrive on time. While I hope to not have to move again for a long time, I could not recommend this group enough to anyone who needs movers. Thank you, guys and gal, for your hard work- it’s so very appreciated. :)

1 mover showed up early and the other 3 showed up on time. No major issues- they took good care of my things, personable, communicative, and easily directable. They even brought a big set of tools for assembly and problem solved on the spot. Only thing I'd keep an eye on is time management- got a little out of hand and took a bit longer than it should have (I knew it would go over the estimate, but not by double). Not quite as organized. But with all of the movers I have used over the last several years, I'd still recommend them and hire them again because their attitude and service was fantastic and they treated my stuff well. I know I'll be moving again in 1-2 years when I buy a home and I'd use them again because all of the pros far outweighted the one quite minor con.

Mike and Gordy got to work as soon as they showed up and they didn't stop until the job was done. I was very impressed with how hard they worked and they took special care to make sure the walls, floors, and furniture were left undamaged. I would definitely We Serve again.

Wow! I was very impressed! They actually arrived 10 min early and started right away. Both were excellent works with great attitudes. I'd hire these folks again in an instant. They even finished our entire move earlier than I expected.

Professional and hard working. I will use these guys again.

The two helpers arrived on time, were friendly and polite. They were also efficient, neat an completed everything I needed within the three hours I had allotted for the move. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in cost-effective help.
