The individuals hired were awesome and did a great job. I would recommend ordering for less hours than anticipated. They require a minimum of 2 hours and it was recommend I book a 3rd incase they ran over well it took 2 hours but there is a no reimbursement clause if they do not use all the time you prepaid for. They do However have a clause to charge extra if the job takes longer than estimated. I hope the workers get the extra money I paid due to their hustle and it doesn't line the companies pocket.

I am very pleased with the service you provided for us. CJ and his brother were so professional and carried all of our stuff in the cube. Some of our stuff was very heavy so I am so thankful for the support they had given us. It also took faster than we expected so that was another surprise! Thank you!!

This is our 4th or 5th time using Smart Move. They are absolutely incredible, and their service is consistently exceptional, even across locations. We moved my mom from Burlington, NC to Cary, NC, and they took care of business. They arrived within the estimated window (which they considered a little on the late side - no complaints here at all). I had ordered 4 movers for 4 hours, but only two showed up. Instead of waiting, they started right in, communicating with the home office the whole time. Those two did 4 people's job, and they did it very well. They were well equipped and had a wonderful attitude in the midst of this unexpected snafu. When I called the office to get an updated invoice because of the no shows, they were very quick to help out, adjust it, and work with Hire A Helper so that I wasn't overcharged. My husband and I already love them, and they just impressed us that much more. I will shout it from the mountain tops - use Smart Move - even in the unexpected happenings, they will take care of you 100%!!!!

Marc went above and beyond I can’t thank him enough and his moving partner Named Mark as well. They were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. I will most certainly use them for our next move. Awesome service!

First, the movers were 11/2 hours late. However, when they arrived they got right to it. The bed railing for one of the bedrooms was left at the old location. There were a couple of annoying issues with a couple of the pieces moved. All in all, without them I would not have gotten move in the time I did.

I'm happy with the work they did...they were moving so fast I had to keep an eye on things I didn't want loaded because they would grab it and load it up...to funny.

These guys were great. They worked hard and were really flexible with us. We needed help taking things to storage and to our residence. They were flexible with the time since we weren't sure when we would get in. Super nice and hard workers! I will use again.
