The unpacking of our 16ft POD was seamless! Communication was excellent, and the team arrived right on time. They were incredibly focused, ensuring everything was unloaded carefully without any damage. Their attention to protecting both our furniture and home was outstanding. They also went the extra mile to make sure everything was properly placed before leaving. Highly recommend!

My only regret is that I can only leave five stars. We’ve moved 8 times and never in my life have I seen movers like Full Faith Movers. Hands down the most impressive crew I have ever seen. Early, organized, fast, and polite.

The team was on point True professionals They were able to pack the unit as tight as possible, and I was amassed they were able to fit all my belongings into one unit. I usually don’t write reviews however I would highly recommend them for your next move

The individuals hired were awesome and did a great job. I would recommend ordering for less hours than anticipated. They require a minimum of 2 hours and it was recommend I book a 3rd incase they ran over well it took 2 hours but there is a no reimbursement clause if they do not use all the time you prepaid for. They do However have a clause to charge extra if the job takes longer than estimated. I hope the workers get the extra money I paid due to their hustle and it doesn't line the companies pocket.

On time, friendly, professional, worked nonstop

This is our 4th or 5th time using Smart Move. They are absolutely incredible, and their service is consistently exceptional, even across locations. We moved my mom from Burlington, NC to Cary, NC, and they took care of business. They arrived within the estimated window (which they considered a little on the late side - no complaints here at all). I had ordered 4 movers for 4 hours, but only two showed up. Instead of waiting, they started right in, communicating with the home office the whole time. Those two did 4 people's job, and they did it very well. They were well equipped and had a wonderful attitude in the midst of this unexpected snafu. When I called the office to get an updated invoice because of the no shows, they were very quick to help out, adjust it, and work with Hire A Helper so that I wasn't overcharged. My husband and I already love them, and they just impressed us that much more. I will shout it from the mountain tops - use Smart Move - even in the unexpected happenings, they will take care of you 100%!!!!

Dominic and Amir were exceptional!!! They were extremely pleasant, professional and worked very quickly! They treated our items with care and were very cognizant as to the specific location to place a box/tote or furniture they unloaded. We highly recommend HireAHelper service and the two gentlemen who unloaded our furniture and clothing!
