Two guys, one older and one teen/20-yr. old. They worked hard, asked questions, had to put boxes in lot of different places. They let me know of problems they saw that could've happened en-route, so was better informed.

Pod initially had stuck door due to bookshelf shelves. Pod packing was tight, so door stuck at first. Homeowners got it unstuck, and removed the boxes and small furniture to ease the crowding. All this was done the day before the unloading came. The unloading team (Billy, Xavier, and Morgan) did a good job unloading. Lots of boxes needing to be stacked in basement areas. Bookshelves were the main furniture. The crew was busy and focused. Xavier asked good questions about where to put things that I had forgotten about.

The 3 movers the company sent to help us arrived on time , were very courteous and professional. They not only helped us unload all our stuff from a 16 ft container into our home, but also assisted in moving furniture, rugs, etc for better placement in our house within than the 2 hour estimated time. Communication from company reps before & after the move was also great. Highly recommend!

These two young men were ahead of schedule which was awesome. They introduced themselves and we chatted about my expectations and they were great about everything. We toured the house and I then opened the relo cube! They got right to it and within 1.5 hours had everything in and were working in putting beds together. It was a great experience and was happy that I hired them. Definitely 5 stars!

Guys came on time, worked continuously and packed the truck to the maximum.

They did well. Tried really hard to get everything in but the truck was about 6 totes too small!! Worked quickly.

Smart Move Asheville: Jamil, Des, and Moses were conscientious, careful, polite, respectful and competent. They lifted, carried and knew how to put furniture together that was in pieces from storage. They kept their shoes clean, they were pleasant/funny/fun, and they got the job done in less time than I booked. Smart Move was responsive Mon-Fri and texted, emailed confirmations in a timely manner. I couldn't reach anyone Saturday morning and had to leave voice mail, but it all worked out and in better time than anticipated. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were on time and had the truck emptied quickly. They were able to move a heavy piano out of the truck quickly and got a difficult piece of furniture into a small bedroom (we didn’t think it would fit)! Thank you - would recommend!

I've used Smart Move three times in the past 13 months and each time the guys they sent were fantastic. On time, hard working, good packers and movers, no complaints from them each time, despite a good amount of labor.

Our Service Providers were here early, worked diligently & efficiently to complete the job of unloading the POD into our home. They had all they needed to move every type of box and furniture successfully. They were careful with all our items, including an antique coffee table. Yes, I would be happy to use them again.

They called to ask if they could come early as they were done with their previous job...perfect! Here and done unloading the truck before they were really scheduled to arrive. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks to Frank and Joe!

The two young men who came to help me move to a storage unit, Texas and Indigo, were courteous, helpful, extremely capable and efficient. They were respectful of my things and I look forward to the move from the storage unit and to my new place next week.

Definitely use this company We went through three different movers with a different company (starts with U) they either don’t answer or find reasons not to work. Smart move were professional and a good group of young people.

Although the first crew never showed up, the company did everything imaginable to get a second crew out here. Once that crew came they were amazing, respectful of us and our things and very hard workers. Yes, I would use them again.
