Well, 1 guy (James), showed up a little before the window closed at 4. He wasn’t feeling well and tried repeatedly to get a second guy. After 30 minutes he was gracious enough to help me. I unloaded the pod and he brought everything into the house and /or down into the basement. He worked his ass off and we had the 16’ pod done in an hour. The second guy showed up around 5:15 and helped carry in 1 bin and helped James move a small freezer across the garage floor into a corner. So, for James I would give a 5 star 10 rating. The other guy nothing. The company as a whole I felt kinda left James in a bind, so a 5.

On time, put everything where we wanted it, put our stuff together where required, all good.

Victor and Dawn were phenomenal! I literally booked within 5 hours and the job was confirmed. They arrived on time and went straight to work. I insisted on them taking a break and they refused. I highly highly suggest you, ya friend and others book. lol. No seriously. Great customer service and communication superior!

Chris and Team were top notch!!!! Will call them for any moving needs we ever have! Polite, prompt, and quick!!!

The guys we had were great. Very polite and never complained. They were on time and already loading the truck within 5 minutes. Wrapped everything in moving blankets and no damage to any of our stuff or walls. I would use them again but the service is a bit pricey.

The 2 workers were very nice, but they showed up almost an hour late. I had almost everything in the garage separated in 2 areas, 1 for the truck and another for the trailer. One of the guys asked me several times wear I wanted an item loaded. I couldn’t have made it any easier by having everything separated on each side of the garage. I was not impressed by their loading abilities, they loaded all the boxes first and then loaded all the big items, which wasted a lot of room bye not using the boxes to fill in voids. I had to take over on loading my trailer as they we not loading it efficiently to get everything inside of it. When the 2 hrs. Was up I was going to keep them for 1 more hour to help finish loading a bunch of smaller items, but one of the gentleman told me he had to leave to go to his regular job. Wtf. You are supposed to be able to pay extra money for more time. I think he needs to stay at his regular job.

Our first experience with movers was outstanding!! The three young men who came were very experienced and polite and very hard working!!! Best moving experience EVER!!!!! I would and already have recommended these guys !!! Thx again for your help young men!!

I will never move myself again! These hardworking men exceeded my expectations.

Workers were courteous, but over an hour late. They said they had come from the north side of Chicago and had gotten caught in traffic and arrived at my house at 4:15 instead of 3:00. Their hand truck had a flat tire and they had no air pump so time was spent looking for an air pump and blowing up the tire (this time was not deleted from my bill). The job was completed at 5:34, but I was charged for two hours.
