Made a sad day into a joyous one! Even though it poured down rain the whole morning their smiles made my day. They were early and finished early, they knew how to stack everything perfectly in the storage unit and were careful with my mothers precious things. I hope to hire them again when I’m ready to get these items out of storage !

The crew that loaded my container was great. They knew what they were doing and worked hard to get everything done within the 2 houe window. They were very respectful and did their best to not damage my property. Of course, I won't know how the loading turns out until I open my pod once my move is complete, but I would recommend them bases on the crew. Two things stopped me from giving the company a 5 star rating. One, I don't know if they did indeed load everything properly until I open the container when it gets tonits destination, and two, they were almost 3.5 hours late. They were suppose to show between 9am and 10am and they called at 1037 to let me know they were barely on their way and wouldn't arrive until after noon. A call before 10am would've been appreciated. When you are moving there are so many things that need to be done and my whole morning was wasted waiting on them. I'm sure if I had been 3.5 hours late to meet them, they wouldn't have waited and I still would've been charged and had to reschedule. So, on part of the company itself, they need to work on their communication. But as far as the crew, they certainly knew what they were doing.

Both gentlemen did all of the above. I will use you again soon I have another move coming in about two months

Chicago's Moving Men did an excellent job. They were on time. They were friendly and easy to work with. They handled all of my belongings carefully. The job was completed in good time. My property was packed into the room I asked with great precision. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help. They went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for.

Mobile Services did an excellent job for me. The movers were on time. They went over and above to help my family get our belongings out of the house. They took great care with my belongings. They were friendly and helpful in every way. The belongings we ended up storing in the garage were packed expertly and neatly. The men worked a tireless 16 hours to get me moved and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing movers.

The movers arrived on time and loaded the truck in a timely manner. It was the unloading where the issues came into play. Prior to the unloading of the truck, I suggested the movers may want to move the couch through the front door because I didn't think the couch would be able to make it through the hallway leading to the living room from the back door. My suggestion wasn't taken seriously. The movers tried to move the couch through the back door, scratching up the couch and the freshly painted walls in my apartment. After trying unsuccessfully to get the couch through the back, they tried going through the front door and was able to get the couch in the living room. Because of my original suggestion being ignored, I had to pay for an extra hour of service. Also, I was informed because my couch was damaged during a move between residences, the protection plan I purchased for my furniture will not cover repairs for my couch.

On time, worked hard on a tough move and were done early. Great guys I would recommend and use again.
