I needed a mover to assist us with moving the contents of our POD up three flights of stairs to a new apartment. We didn't know anyone in our new area and hired A2Z based on recommendations and reviews. Ron and Moe were a blessing! They arrived on time. Were in no way alarmed with the extreme contents of the POD, worked tirelessly to get it emptied in the timeframe we agreed upon. Nothing was damaged and we had that POD packed to the roof! Ron and Moe were so pleasant to work with, easy going and it was HOT that day….and they worked hard. They were gracious, courteous and got the job done! There is no way I could have done this without their help. I would use them again and again, gladly. I plan on it and you should too! If I could give them and A++ I sure would.

A table leg was broken off and I was not informed. I paid $150 for them to drive between locations and still charged for an extra hour when they went over despite being late.

James and Devonte, although late to arrive, worked very hard to complete this move. The company is the one I fault due to mis-information and poor communication from start to finish. Their workers came without any hand truck, dolly, etc. so they were set up for failure from the beginning. I had purchased one (80.00) on 6-30 and was hoping it wouldn't be needed so I could return it if they had equipment with them this time. The crew that packed the container had no hand truck or dolly and we had to borrow from our neighbors. I was being proactive.Then the company wants to charge me a service charge when they gave me no service and I was supposed to be have 3 movers, not 2. Guess I should have read more reviews. Kudos to James and Devonte for their respect, their hard work and their positive attitudes.

Hire A Helper showed up in the window of time they said ,& in 1 hour they worked quickly & efficiently & had the Uhaul packed well. They followed UHaul to address & unloaded also at good time. All took a little over 2 & a half hours. The 2 young men did quiet & nice work .

These guys came out and worked quickly on a hot summer day to help me pack my POD for a 2,000+ mile move from Illinois to Oregon. I wanted to wait to leave a review until I unpacked so I could say definitively that they did a fantastic job ensuring my POD was assembled in a way that minimized damage to my belongings. Everything arrived intact and I'd 100% recommend these guys to help with any move, big or small.

Just Us Movers were professionals throughout! They confirmed by phone and showed up on time. They went above and beyond by helping us get the door of our Pod unstuck - which required some creative problem solving and physical maneuvering! They worked quickly to unload our Pod in the time estimated and were friendly and responsive throughout. I told them to be careful with the fresh paint, and they planned their routes to avoid coming in contact with it. I would definitely recommend them!
