Needed some strong guys to help load my elderly parents items in a downsize to a POD container, take things for garbage to the curb (disposable appliances/furnishings) not needed or able to donate. Also, I planned on a garage sale, so things I planned to sell/donate, put in garage for me-all at no extra fee. Some other places I called outside of HireAHelper charged for those things. I knew wrap, blankets, tape, ratchets might have fee-so bought my own (cheaper) garage for no extra fee. Another place I called wanted extra fee for all that. I supplied my own blanket, wrap and tape (its cheaper if you get yourself). The company called to and advised arrival withing half hour time frame. 3 gentlemen were on time, friendly-professional and courteous. Job was completed within time frame, I needed a few extra items moved...and they did with no complaints. Very satisfied! Thank you!

These guys loaded our house into two pods. The items were packed into the pods and wrapped perfectly. No wasted space anywhere. They worked non-stop and were careful with every piece of furniture. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving.

Excellent, efficient work - fast, very careful of our possessions, very hard working. Arrived on time. They were communicative and asked us questions, as well as responded well to our requests. Also VERY polite and nice. Packed the PODS very well. Specifically appreciated Alex Lazard, and Eric Hanson on the second day, and Danny Herrara, who worked both days. Also, all phone communication with Coffey Bros. was terrific - they were friendly, knowledgeable , and always helpful.

They were late by 1.5 hours. Then they did a good job moving my stuff.

Overall, I was satisfiied with the help I received for the value. They arrived early and were both professional and incredibly hard workers. However, they had great difficulty getting a large couch out of the house and getting my refrigerator into the new house. As a result, both of those items received minor damage, as well as a couple of other pieces of furniture. Their difficulty added a full hour to the move time and cost me more money than it should have, which disturbed me much more than the damage. I'm sure the experience will make them better on their next job. Despite all of that, I would still use them again.

The JB Moving crew were prompt, professional and efficient. They were responsive and very helpful to specific requests made during the unloading process. They seemed to take good care of many fragile items, which included a sizeable glass panel and an upright piano. I would not hesitate to recommend JB movers to others.
