This was a super hard-working team! They were fast, efficient, and respectful of our things and our requests. I would absolutely recommend them and hire them again.

The service team was supposed to provide tools and dolly but they didn't bring any of that. They expected the customer to provide it or have the customer pay more. The service team didn't care for the items or property. They were throwing the stuff around like it were toys or at least one person on the team. They have damaged the property inside and outside. The service team did a good job to complete it in timely manner!

Lloyd and his team were amazing! A) The communication was fantastic. I had to cancel last minute the first time and they were understanding and able to work with me for the rescheduling. Not only that, but when I called to confirm, there was complete assurance everything was covered. (And it was). B) They showed up early and went right to work. Both were polite, respectful, personable, and i immediately knew we were in good hands. C) They were focused, organized, systematic and thorough. I was stunned at how much they were able to fit into that truck. Truly, you couldn't pour a glass of water in there. D) They got it all done in quick time, while still being careful with all the boxes and items. Professional. Reliable. Absolute A+++

Tyrone and his team were outstanding. Even before the event, there was excellent communication. And when I realized that this was a larger job than I had originally booked, he said, "Don't worry. We got you for the day. We'll take care of you." I didn't realize just how true that was. No only did they do the job, but were extremely courteous and careful with all our things. They worked hard and continually checked in on certain items (where did they go, were they being handled properly, etc.) Nothing got damaged, no scratches on the wall. And everything got done. (By the way, Tyrone is a master packer of the truck. I was amazed at how much he was able to stuff in that truck.) Any move is going to be stressful and overwhelming. But this amazing team worked above and beyond expectations. I plan to never move again, but if I do, they will be the first to call. Thank you.

Exactly what you want from movers- nice strong guys who work hard and know what they are doing. Super polite, helpful and didn’t complain about having to carry out of basement. Got right to work. Didn’t try to overcharge or waste time. Highly recommend!
