The move went smoothly. Really nice guys, respectlful and really made the move easy. I definitely worked them hard. They did break a piece off from my bedside table. I'd use them again but I wish the company would have let me know before hand about tips - I thought I could do it online but they only take them in person.

I would definitely use S&L Express Moving Services again. Trent and his crew arrived within the timeframe they provided and got straight to work after doing a walk through with me. They listened and honored all my request for items to be packed into the POD. I’m rebooking them to load my second POD.

Great workers

They were respectful but their work was slow. Weren’t robust and fast moving. Took their sweet time walking slowly. One of them even was actively engaged on his phone instead of moving fast with the work when he knew he only had limited amount of time. Half of our stuff was still sitting in our home when they left and we had to move it ourselves. Would prefer to have faster movers next time, thanks.

The Allstar guys helped me transfer my storage items from two storage containers to one storage container. They were efficient and knowledgeable about the best way I needed pack container. Darius and Josh did a great job! I appreciated they called to let us know they were hung up in some traffic. Once here, no messing around! They listened intently, were careful and knew what they were doing! They worked purposefully during our budgeted time and were able to wrap each furniture piece and pack the POD so it will not shift on it's out of state travels. I wish we could have them unload at our new home, too!

Probably the fastest I have ever seen a move done. Nothing broken, nothing damaged, just fast efficient and easy. 10/10 I will use again

Being very generous with the okay rating. Seemed inexperienced. Inefficient use of space in the PODS. Asked them to pack the 2 sofas, love seat, and chaise lounge vertical to save space. Was told that's not the way we do it. We put them horizontal. They wasted a lot of packing space. When taking our king bed head board down the stairs I advises to turn it upside down with the legs up to the left so that it could fit down the stairs (that's the way it was brought in). They refused to listen. Then of course the head board got stuck. I said to bring it back up the stairs and turn it upside down. They said it was heavy and they needed to keep pushing down the stairs and break the wall/ceiling until it went through. I had to go down and lift it back up the stairs myself when these 2 cry babies (both bigger and younger than me) whined "it's heavy" and didn't want to bring it back up the stairs. During the move the 1 mover would just stand there and not do anything unless directed by the other mover. At one point I was upstairs taking apart my king bed and for 15 minutes didn't see the movers. Went out to the PODS and they were just chilling out. One of them said "I dropped my hat" and the other one was just standing watching him. In hind sight I could have hired a couple of laborers standing in front of Home Depot looking for work and they would have done a better job and it would have cost much less.
