Chris and Tim were AMAZING!!! If I could give them 100 stars I would. They were on time, very friendly, very professional and very efficient. They carefully wrapped all of our items and made sure they were properly secured for the trip. They worked quickly and were very gentle with our belongings. I would absolutely recommend Chris and Tim and will ask for them again when we need helpers! Thanks so much guys! You did a fabulous job!!

On the day, I thought their service was great. They showed up on time, worked hard, got done early, it went great. Unfortunately, when we unloaded the truck after a 6 hour drive, we noticed that several items did not get wrapped with furniture pads and each of those were damaged. We had a plethora of furniture pads to use, so it's a huge bummer to find broken furniture. Back of chair snapped off of the base. The front corner of our daughter's bed/bookcase got crunched (the unwrapped end that was sitting directly on the truck floor). Other headboard got scraped. Flatscreen TV broken. It seems like they were wrapping every other piece. I'm guessing the theory is that a piece is between two other wrapped pieces that it should be fine, but that did not work.

The movers did a great job! They were very careful moving everything out of the house. They were really quick. And they did an absolutely amazing job packing everything. It was very secure as I was traveling from IL to PA. They fit everything into one POD so I was able to return the second POD which save me about $2,000. I would definitely use these guys again!
