Desmond and Eric were fantastic. They loaded the truck so we'll, broke down bed and shelves ... I just gone done unloading and the unloaders said the truck was packed so well. These guys work like unbreakable machines

Alvin and his team were timely, communicated well, and worked hard to help us meet a very tight deadline of packing and loading a home to ensure we met our deadline with new buyers purchasing the home and having a smooth closing.

Our helpers worked hard helping us prep and pack our home for movers over 2 days. They were on time and the contact Alvin was very responsive by communicating via phone and email.

They took excellent care of my father when I was across the country and unable to be there. He said they were friendly, worked hard, and got the job done in an efficient manner. Also, they communicated well throughout the process.

They kept in contact setting up the move, arrived promptly contact, they were exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. Showed up at the door in masks, I never needed to ask to me that level of professionalism is impressive. And they could Tetris the heck out of a U-Haul. Would definitely use again.

Freight Angels took my job on short notice (one-day notice) because my first choice cancelled the day before our move. Short-notice booking for a four-man team was a blessing and we really appreciated that they were able to take the job. The team arrived late, but kept me informed as to their ETA. This was not an issue for me as I expected it having dealt with hired moving labor in the past. The team arrived with plastic wrap and tape and used the blankets that we provided. The company we rented the truck from switched us to a smaller truck (16 ft instead of 24 ft) so AJ suggested moving quickly to get two trips in with minimal overtime. The team worked very hard and I was impressed with AJ's patience as he instructed a new member of the team on wrapping a piece of furniture. My property was handled well with the exception of my dryer. I had rented two hand-trucks for large items, but they chose to move the dryer by hand and dropped it on a concrete step, leaving a large scrape (6 in. wide x 3 in. long) . The good news is the dryer still works and a scrape is not the end of the world, If I had my preference for what item had to be damaged, this is a good choice. I would recommend Freight Angels and would use them again. My only suggestion would be for the company to provide uniforms for the staff, as one of the members had on baggy shorts that constantly needed to be pulled up and large athletic shoes that he was tripping on.
