They were on time.I was told I was getting the 2 best people they had and a 3rd person. Boss was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. 2nd person with him was okay. 3rd was a go getter, but him and the 2nd person seemed to have little experience in moving. 2nd and 3rd person also seemed like they had not moved stuff into a storage unit. Aii the stuff I had in a 10x10 unit was packed in a wasted way as it took the whole 10x20 unit. I would have to give thought to whether I would use them again.

The movers with S & L Express Moving Services were great! They showed up on time and were ready to work. They worked very hard through the heat of the summer. They moved all of my furniture into my POD from my 3rd-floor condo. My plan was to have them just move my big furniture (such as a dresser, bed, desks, and tables) in the 2-hour time slot. I was planning on packing all of my boxes into the POD myself after their 2 hours were up. They worked so hard and were able to load all of my furniture and all of my boxes within 2 hours!

The two young men who came through were very professional, on time, helpful, and pack up my stuff very well.

They went above and beyond to make sure I was fully moved in. So kind, so hard working, so professional. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing moving assistance. Thank you!!

They were on time and worked hard through 2 extra hours. They took good care of our belongings and were professional yet friendly. They found solutions as issues arose and they packed that truck like a Tetris puzzle. I would heartily recommend them.

Guys were GREAT! Came out and started working right away. Got the job done in under the allotted time and packed the Uboxes up tight as a drum. I feel confident that nothing will break in transit! Highly recommend.

These guys were great! We live on a third floor up 4 flights of narrow stairs and they were able to get our furniture up the stairs extremely fast and we’re very nice and professional! I would rate them higher if I could!

The two workers arrived promptly and began working immediately. to load a 16 foot moving POD. Very hard workers, very personable; they finished the job early. This is the second time I have used S&L and they do not disappoint. Always responsive to emails and phone calls and very flexible when you need to change the schedule. I plan to use them again in about a week to load another POD for me. I highly recommend them.

Very hard workers, carried nearly 80 boxes of books from upstairs quickly and easily. Equally good with heavy furniture. Very professional.

Another wonderful job by the Couch Potatoes crew! One of the helpers was slightly delayed because of traffic (I know hard to believe for Chicago) and the owner Scott contacted me before scheduled start time so I knew what was happening. Edgar and Tim were great! Had my storage locker emptied and truck loaded in less than 20 minutes. No delays unloading everything and getting it up to my second floor apartment. This was my second time using Couch Potatoes and will definitely use again if needed. Highly recommend them!
