Victor and Don were great! They clearly and transparently communicated any changes to their arrival time, worked efficiently, and stayed late to ensure the job was completed properly. Even though their company is based out of Indiana, they went the extra mile—literally—making the drive to ensure I had same-day moving assistance. Their professionalism, flexibility, and dedication really stood out. I would highly recommend their team to anyone in need of reliable and hardworking moving labor help.

Shamaiah and her team were great! She helped me adjust the size of the crew and hours needed in the days before our move. They showed up on time and worked hard for 6 hours. Shamaiah was very helpful with recommendations on the right packing materials to purchase ahead of time. Her team handled the packing of all our dishes, china, picture frames, books, etc. with care. They moved all our boxes and furniture into a POD in our driveway very quickly. Would definitely use them again.

Our move was to a nearby storage facility and it was a great experience! Our movers were on time and very professional. They worked quickly to get our things into the moving truck. It took some special skills to fit everything there, but they somehow managed to know exactly how it should be loaded. Same thing when they unloaded into the storage unit. The movers came up with some very unique solutions to make everything fit! I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience and definitely recommend them for your moving needs.

Chad an Akeem could not have been better. They arrived on time. I went through all of the stuff I needed to have moved with them to start. 5 minutes later they were moving stuff. They worked for 3 hours non stop and loaded the Pod perfect. Some of our stuff was VERY heavy and they got it done with zero complaints. Professional, courteous and very fast. Would hire them again in a second.

These guys were awesome. Excellent communication leading up to moving day. Hard workers, respectful, great movers. They figured out ways to pack our stuff in the most efficient way possible and stayed until the job was done. Will def use them again and would highly recommend to anybody needing a nice, efficient, respectful hard working mover.

The lead mover did a wonderful job of directing his men. They all worked very hard. They were honest and respectful of our family and items being moved.

The crew was professional, hard working, and VERY fast. Hands-down *the* best money I spent on this entire move. My experience with Hire-A-Helper started a little rough when my scheduled time from the website wasn't actually available, but Ken (the owner?) was really great to work with and find a time that worked. On the day of the move, Randy (one of the movers) called when they were a few minutes away, and they arrived in time to start at 11:30 (their arrival window was between 11:00 - 12:00). I showed them the scope of the project and identified everything that was to be moved, and then they were off. It was really amazing. They wrapped any furniture I requested (I paid extra for the plastic wrap, which was well worth it) which kept everything clean and held moving blankets in place. They even took apart furniture that I was expecting to disassemble while they were moving other things. I reserved the crew of 3 movers for 5 hours but it only took them 3 hours to finish the job, and they even refunded me the extra two hours I didn't use (they have a minimum of 3 hours, and anything over that is prorated). They could've taken their time and extended it out to the full 5 hours, but they busted their butts to get it done fast. I really appreciated this. The only surprise was a $20 travel fee that I had to pay in cash at the end. I didn't see it in the bill or posted anywhere in the hiring process, but I suppose it could've been there. Fortunately I had extra cash on me in addition to the tip money, so not a huge deal. If Coffee Bros is reading this: you may want to make that fee a bit more clear up front so that we can be prepared. All-in-all, it was a fantastic move, and I would hire these guys again.
