Ricky, Jay, Vic, and Fred were amazing! So professional and courteous. They handled our items with care and packed our truck with such skill. They were very communicative throughout the whole process. They took extra steps to clarify where it needed to be moved and where it should be placed. They were prompt and finished on time. They eased our anxiety on the whole moving process. Would highly recommend this team to anyone who needs help moving!

The two men who moved me were Andy and Rennie and they were great. Managed all my furniture and boxes with care and packed the POD efficiently. Both men were also very nice and respectful of me, I was very happy with their work. 5 stars!

Both men that arrived were professional, curious, very great service. They carried things respectfully and arrived on time, quick to load and unload and even helped unload a second vehicle with some extra spare time. Highly recommended!

Good kids but I really needed the hustle and muscle. It would be great if you could hire with specs on what you need for your move. I doubt these kids would have been able to get my dresser up any stairs had there been any. Overall ok.

Al and his team arrived promptly as scheduled. Al and his team members were friendly, courteous, helpful and very professional. They had alot of walking and an elevator involved in moving me from my condo. They did an amazing job dealing with what I considered a difficult move. You won't go wrong hiring Al and his team.

The team who showed up were great! They arrived onetime, called about an hour ahead to let me know they were on their way and worked their butts off while they were here. The leader listened as I described where to put things and was respectful of the rules of my condo, the other guy was nice, but less responsive and sometimes clearly annoyed with my requests. However, the company is a mess. I never received any sort of conformation about their service and until the guys called me at 8am the morning of my move, I wasn't certain they were coming. This was stressful and I tried calling several times in the days leading up to my move. The company never answered the phone and their voicemail was full. I was preparing myself to try to find someone and pay for same day service. They sent the team unprepared. Their description says they come with hand truck and furniture dolly- always included no fee, it was a big reason I chose them. I also listed when booking that there were about 100 boxes plus furniture, with some light assembly (screw the legs back on my couch) to be unloaded and brought to my second floor apartment. They showed up with nothing. No hand truck, no dolly, no tools. I happened to have a small hand truck (which they used) and tools, which they used. And it took them exactly the 3 hours I had booked. However, had they carried each box separately, I would have needed to pay to have them stay the extra hour at least. What kind of moving company sends movers without a dolly of any kind? Especially when their add says it's always included. Despite how well the guys that were here did, for all the reasons I listed about, it was too stressful dealing with this company, and I wouldn't hire them again, nor would I recommend them.
