While the movers did unload my moving truck without damaging any of my belongings, they were three hours late to my scheduled time. They did try to accommodate by sending an extra mover to make up for lost time. But I was still late in deliver my truck back, which caused me an extra day charge with the rental company. The next day after unpacking all of my boxes, I could not find my Milwaukee drill set that my dad had given me years ago. When I called the company to see if they had any insight on the situation, it would ring and go to voicemail. I called a few times and had left a voicemail. No one has returned my call.

Great communication, the movers were polite and very efficient. I thought it would take them 2 hours to move all my stuff and they did it in half the time. I would highly recommend them!

The guys were good, friendly, and kept in contact with their ETA. The only fault I had was they didn't bring any equipment to move boxes such as, carts, dollys, or sleds. Also, they didn't have tape or plastic wrap. Equipment was supposed to be available as per the booking. I would definitely use them again but have the supplies available.

They were on time but didnt really come with the right attitude. Neither wore a uniform or anything identifing them as movers and once finished complained they still had to finish off the hour. They did the job but the atitdude left me feeling bad for hiring them.

Tony and Gregg were right on time. Assessed the job and got right to work. They took care in seeing that my families stuff was loaded into the Pod and did it as if the stuff was their own. Book them directly without using HireAHelper!

Tyrone and his partner were excellent. They were early, efficient and handled all my items with care. They also helped dismantle some of the larger items which was a big help to load our pod. I highly recommend them, and would use them again if I were in the Chicago area.

They were a little late due to traffic but they kept calling and texting to keep me posted on their progress. Once they arrived, they were professional and courteous. They treated my stuff with care and didn't stop until the work was done. I would use them again.

I’m very impressed ,the guys did a wonderful job. Moved everything very carefully and made sure all was organized. Asked where to put the items ,we tell them and it went flawlessly. Great work guys and kudos to you keep up the great personality. Lastly excellent work carrying that crazy baby grand piano into the house.

The guys were on time, handled all the curve balls and changes like pros and were very careful and conscientious throughout the move!

The two young men who moved me were wonderful: amazingly fast, courteous, and careful with my belongings. They never stopped moving, and I had heavy furniture on a 2nd floor that was awkward and difficult to lift. They were so careful not to scratch or damage my belongings, and tied and wrapped everything in the truck so it wouldnt bounce or jostle when we drove. I highly recommend and would use them again as my 1st choice. If you hire this team, have cold bottled water available. They didn't ask but I was so glad I had some on hand.

The two workers were excellent, hard workers. They showed up right on time and completed moving both upstairs bedrooms in less than two hours without takling a break. Excellent attention to care of the furniture and walls. Very pleasant personalaties made it easy to work with both individuals. I would definately use them again if needed.

The guys that came were on time and very nice. I would recommend them to someone else. I just feel like we had to make sure about how things were packed on the truck, since the guys were young. I don't think they had much experience in moving, but over all they did a great job.
