Thanks so much for the expert moving job. The movers were on time, fast, efficient, and courteous. I might add, strong, too. It was unbelievable how well they packed the U-Haul that we had rented. It was tight like a Chinese puzzle when they were done (in a good way). It was easy to reschedule the appointment with the admin staff, too. I would highly recommend S & L. Thanks again. Tom

More than I would’ve ever expected.

The guys that showed up to help move our tubs and boxes from the basement a pod were the best ever. Polite, efficient and very hard working. They never wanted a break. Had a system where 3 brought items up and one packed the pod, and did a great job of it. Then we had them move about 10 heavy items to the garage. No complaints. No straps. No dolly. And all this with no damage to the house. I’ve had the big name professional movers always and this team was by far superior to any of them.

Trent notified me as soon as I booked them. The crew showed up on time and completed loading all my items under the 2 hour window. They packed the U-Haul perfectly as nothing shifted during my 4 hour drive. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

S&L and their 2 movers did a great job for us. They were careful with furniture and walls in moving our items. Also, very helpful in getting large boxes for us as well.

They were on time, worked hard, and protected my furniture. I would use them again or gladly recommend them.

OUR MOVERS WERE SCHEDULED TO SHOW UP BETWEEN 8-9 , THEY ARRIVED AROUND 9:20 BUT IT WORKED OUT GREAT FOR US. WE HIRED THEM FOR 2 HOURS TO LOAD THE HEAVY STUFF . THEY REALLY KNEW HOW TO UTILIZE THE SPACE . I WOULD RECOMMENDED WRAPPING ALL WOOD & DELICATE FURNITURE WITH THE LARGE ROLLS OF PLASTIC WRAP BEFORE YOUR MOVERS ARRIVE & THEY COULD OF USED A FEW MORE MOVING BLANKETS IN A FEW SPACES BUT FOR THE MOST PART EVERYTHING WAS OK . THEY REALLY WORKED HARD AND WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN !

Best movers ever. Period. Tyrone and his team did an amazing job moving a huge gun safe up to the second floor of my home. They were prompt and courteous and handled the job with utmost professionalism and care for my safe and my home. I would recommend them 1000% and will use them again. Fantastic work!

Wow. I am impressed. The two guys they sent are so much stronger than they looked and were able to carry our dressers up the stairs and get all the heavy items we needed help with. Please it didn’t take us nearly as long as I thought it would. Excellent and polite. Hard workers. Fast prompt service from the company.

Showed up with an additional worker that I don't think was actually an employee of the company, which made me extremely uncomfortable.

Tyrone called the day before to ask if they could start a bit later because of the super cold weather. I appreciated that he called to ask. They arrived when they said they would and worked nonstop until the truck was empty (even though I implored them to take a break!). They were very respectful of our stuff and our new house and very polite! Thank you!

Tommy and Roosevelt did a great job moving our stuff. They were polite, professional and on time. They took good care of our furniture as they covered and moved it on the van. They worked tirelessly the whole time they were here. Excellent workers. Pat Somers

They were not on time, (like an hour and a half late), but what a pleasant experience once they arrived. Both Alton & Joe were fun to work with! They got the job done and I love my new bedroom furniture. They were more anal about cleaning it than I was! In the future, I will make sure that I am dealing with a more local company, and you obviously don't screen correctly for this. I said I was in Elgin, but these poor folks were driving from the south side of Chicago. Makes no sense.

Very hard working movers did a great job. It was a same day request for moving labor help and they came through in a very big way. Thank you.
