The crew that came to my house was focused, helpful, and FAST! I was in a unique situation where I was only moving certain things out of my house. They worked quickly to get through the maze of things, protected my items well, and packed them with ease into my POD. So grateful for this team!

Jay and Darius were great - Nice guys - courteous and respectful and great at what they do - They promptly arrived, ready to get going - They were extremely fast and efficient - They had take so much out of the apartment, that I had thought the truck must be more than half full - Nope - they had that truck so efficiently packed that it was only a quarter full. I noticed that other movers charge for stairs - they do not. I cannot say enough good things about these two young men and their exceptional service - Do not hesitate in having them help you - You will not be disappointed.

I reserved my review until I was able to unpack and look over my belongings fully. They arrived within the timeframe, quickly surveyed my belongings and got straight to work. I provided furniture covers and wrap, and they appropriately secured the requested pieces. There was a third person that I didn’t request/hire, but he definitely was needed. I ended up being charged a nominal fee for the additional help and time, but I didn’t mind. I felt confident that my belongings were being cared for, secured and undamaged. Unfortunately, I’ve come across many pieces, both wrapped and not, that are damaged. Gouges in wood, pieces and corners chipped, torn/rubbed fabric, scratches on laminate finishes. On almost every piece of furniture in fact. It’s quite upsetting and mind blowing. Aside from paying the fees, we provided cold water, lunch and a generous tip. Only to find out that I cared more for them than they cared for me and my belongings…and they were paid to care, I wasn’t. I considered a lesser star rating but they were respectful, aside from one who rather not speak, on time, quick and efficient. Hopefully they’ll reconsider whatever caused them to be so careless in the future, or maybe this was just an off day, but they ruined things to the extent that they could be tossed in the trash if I could afford to replace them all.

They worked hard, they were prepared, they were respectful to me. I might suggest the head mover might have worked a little harder at finessing things with my building manager. They disagreed on the proper use of the elevator. I didn't see this disagreement myself but heard about it from both the manager and the mover after the fact. I can see both sides of this argument, but at the end of the day, I am the one paying the bill on this and I found the team to be perfectly adequate. They had already had a very full day before they got to me, but they worked hard and fast with no sign of fatigue in what was probably a stressful situation (4th-floor building, in the rain, with one elevator and an angry building manager).

Frankie is indeed an all star. He arrived well within the scheduled window and worked extremely hard throughout the time he was there. Stacked things carefully and securely and took special care on items I wanted protected. I would hire him again in a second. Highly recommended!
