David’s team were helpful, kind, punctual, and even completed our job early. We had a POD with a specific delivery window that they were able to accommodate. If you need movers, these are the best guys for the job. We had a small house that was difficult to maneuver and they were realistic while also making the effort to get everything in. I’m grateful for their help!

This is the second time I used S&L to move my mother. I had a great experience the first time they helped move my mother into a supportive living facility. And I had just as good of an experience as they helped me move mom to a different facility. The workers were prompt, curteous, and they worked non-stop to make sure we got her settled and all our needs were met. I highly recommend S&L for any of your moving needs. And I'll call on them again should the need arise.

Very professional and fast , they tackle the job like I tackle a bucket of ice cream, fast and with smiles all the time even tho it was on the forth floor with no elevator.. what a great job. The guys from Efficient Helper were great! They worked very hard then entire time. They were careful with everything they moved. We will definitely be calling them again if we move!
