Our movers were simply amazing! They arrived within the timeframe I had been given and called to let me know an ETA prior to arrival. They worked so hard for the entire 2 hours as to not go over on time! Very respectful. 100* outside in the sun they packed our Pod Container with no issues whatsoever. Absolutely would recommend S & L Express movers.

Lavoe movers were amazing!!!!! I could not recommend them enough! Super nice, very hard working!!!! We moved into a historic home with lots of woodwork I was concerned about things getting banged up. Lavoe was so carful with every piece of furniture. Not one item was damaged. Seriously for how affordable these guys are to hire their work is top notch. Thank you Lavoe you are the BEST!!!!! My rating would have been a 5 if not for one thing, they were late. I had flown in from Chicago, with the intention of driving a U-Haul to Ohio with my things. The drive is about 7 hours in a 15’ truck. Because they were an hour later than the agreed window, I had to move all but the furniture out of the storage unit so that when they arrived the job could be done quickly and I could get on the road. They finished the job in under an hour, but I had done 85% of the work. So the 2 hour minimum was a waste for me. I understand things happen, but I was not local, had a plan to minimize my night driving in a truck I wasn’t familiar with, and was not expecting to do most of the moving myself. Now I will use them again, the employees were very careful with my belongings, they were respectful, did a nice job packing the truck, and were apologetic about their lateness. But the company needs to do a better job of managing their jobs.

They were so amazing and they were so professional!! They go above and beyond to make you feel like you are their number one!! They are so easy with your furniture and down to earth!!! I will be hiring them in a couple years when I move to a house!! If you need amazing hard workers, these guys are for you!!!!

These guys did a wonderful job! They were on time. Polite. Didn’t ding/scratch anything. Packed the truck very carefully. Wrapped and used padding. Would recommend them and use them again. They are a family business and great!

The guys were friendly and courteous. I had used them for another job so I had an expectation that they would do well.

The crew that helped me was actually early which was a plus. We were able to get things done in a timely manner. They were very polite and friendly. They did a good job. The only thing I would suggest is having enough supplies, they ran out of shrink wrap and having all the tools you may possibly need. You never know what kind of unique furniture a customer will have. I would use them again.

Great service from a great group of guys!

The guys were very professional. They work quickly but carefully and are experts on loading a moving truck efficiently. They managed their time so that they would stay within the hours contracted and still be able to unload the truck. Friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend them.

Four professional gentleman showed up on time to load are pods. We were quite impressed with how careful they were with our furniture and belongings. They were very knowledgeable and precise with loading the pods efficiently. We will be using them again to unload our pods and would highly recommend to all. Tina C, Carpentersville IL.

I needed assistance unloading a portable storage contained into my new home. They called ahead, showed up on time and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. They were very polite and friendly. The movers showed extreme care as to not damage any of my belongs or the home as they moved the items around. They were very fast and unloaded the container in under 2 hours. I also have two small children who wanted to watch what they were doing and sometimes socialize a little too much. The movers were kind to the children and made them felt like they were a part of the process. It was a wonderful experience. I would use them again and encourage others to use them as well. Not one thing went wrong and every box was in the proper spot!

J.C.Movers were the best I' ve used so far. One of the helpers had a flat tire on the way but they notified me of the delay AND sent an extra helper at no charge! These guys worked none stop, took great care with our furniture and stayed longer to help us load our personal trailer..can't Thank them enough!!

They called to let me know they maybe late because of traffic and I figured they would be since I saw the morning traffic report. It was not a big deal to me as I was still packing. I appreciated they called to let me know. Once they arrived they went straight to work and took care of everything in a professional manner. I had two heavy dressers and they were able to get them both loaded with no issues. I also have a curio cabinet with lots of glass, they wrapped it in a blanket and took special care to move it. The entire time they were here they were polite and respectful. I could not have asked for a better two man team. Yes, I would use them again!

Aaron & Paris were extremely fast and got the job done in the time slotted for. During the brief rainstorm, the took the necessary precautions to not unload anything that may be damaged by water. Not but compliments here. I would definately use them again.
