Booking was smooth & the contact person called to confirm and was very polite and friendly. Movers were 20 minutes late arriving. The movers complained, on site, about loading things (there was furniture but nothing above the weight that was asked about when we booked). They were not particularly careful when loading items marked fragile.

Patient and flexible. Don & Victor did a great job!

Evon, Mike, and Bernard did an excellent job! They required very little attention, were very conscientious about not damaging my furniture, and all other had a very cheerful spirit. Thank you team! I would invite them back in a heartbeat. It was actually fun!

Tyrone and Herbert were excellent motivated movers. Our move date landed on a huge snow storm, but they both still made the trek to northern Il to help us move across the border. Tyrone called the night before to confirm and the morning of to let us know an ETA despite hazardous weather conditions. The helped us move our cutting dept to our new building via: tearing down big shelves, banding the brackets and loading pallets for us, helping move big cutting tables, boxes and miscellaneous manufacturing equipment , unloading a semi truck with a 1 ft gap in between the dock and semi(very frustrating task to deal with), and on top of addiotional travel time because of the snow storm -stayed an additional 2.5 hours when asked last minute. Would highly recommend both movers were easy to work with, had recommendations for ways to move things out on dollies and completed every task we need efficiently! Thanks so much! ='.'=

Josh and Kenny were fantastic. I received a call informing me they were running a little late but they arrived within the 1 hour window, I don't consider that being late. They took great care with all of our belongings. Some of the furniture was oversized so they disassembled it to prevent damage moving downstairs and through doorway. They made sure everything was and it the right room before they left. Both were also friendly. I told them we still have more things to move and if I think it's too much for me to do I will call and request them. I also plan on telling friends and family to give them a call if they need moving labor helpers as they did a great job for a reasonable price.

I would hire them again.

The two helpers was professional and polite. They made my move easy. Great job.

They were on time and very efficient. They did move a few extra things that we needed at the last minute. Would recommend. The only thing I would say is we paid for a roll of shrink wrap and they took the roll with them at the end of the move. I would have assumed since we purchased the roll it would have been left with us.

They showed up right on time and were wonderful. They did a great job packing our truck, were very careful with furniture and fragile items, and made sure to show me how they were packing everything so we knew how best to unpack it when we reached our destination. I would definitely recommend them and use them again next time I move.
