BEST MOVERS EVER!!!!!! First, I was pretty scared because I had called this company twice, asking to talk to someone to confirm that they would be there to move me. As a first time professional mover user, I just wanted that confirmation for myself. They did not call me back, I got a text that said “you should be getting the emails that say that you are confirmed”. To be honest, I was quite concerned & a little more than mad about that but I needed their help so I said nothing. They came right on time on my move day, looked around and looked into the largest POD that they had (16 feet), I thought it to be wayyyyyy too small for all my stuff. So much so, I had already rented a U-Haul truck & backed it up right next to the POD. They didn’t even tell me their names but they got right to work & fit EVERYTHING into that POD! I mean they “Tetrised” that POD like I’ve never seen AND they did it within my time frame. I offered to help, of course; they told me no thanks. It was AMAZING & I’m still looking to tip them hard. After being super scared, then seeing what professionals do, I’m convinced that they are the way to go from now on. THANK YOU ZACH at Hireahelper, you know this was a scary situation at the beginning. I’m so happy with what they did, I keep telling everybody. I’d use this service again and again.

They were on time and did a great job considering I called a couple of days ahead of time to extend their help time by two hours. They were professional and I still don't know how they got my furniture up my tight stairway.

Great job! They arrived on time prepared, and didn't stop until the job was done. They were very helpful and willing to accommodate me as I tried to figure out where everything should go (more than once I asked them to move something elsewhere after they had already set it down). All my belongings arrived intact, in the right place, without any damage. I would definitely use again.

They were on time, ready to start, listened where I wanted things, were VERY quick AND careful. One even put down some of the furniture pads on the entry way floor so they wouldn't track mud into my new place, VERY much appreciated! Weill within the time allotted they were done, asked if everything was where I wanted it, cleaned up the back of the rental truck, folded all the furniture pads and were ready to leave. WIthout any hesitation I would recomment them to ANYONE moving, packing or unpacking! You won't go wrong employing Freight Angels!

We had three bedroom apartments. The three gentlemen showed up early and prepared to load. They moved fast and very good at organizing the boxes. Very respectful and friendly. Would use the service again. Out down stair neighbor was impress how fast they work, we recommend using the service.

Appropriately polite. Failed to accomplish 3 tasks requested and agreed upon. Large piece of furniture not moved because it was too big. On initial contact I requested appropriate equipment be supplied (furniture dolly) company rep stated his men were strong and did not need a dolly. Result was I needed to part with furniture I had not wanted to part with Once crew arrived work was done quickly. Crews energy level was great! Crew leader engaged in discussion with me, the customer, but instructions were not carried out. Request to tie off furniture every 5 ft, and cover specific antiques with blankets did not happen. Result was multiple large scratches on family heirloom antiques.

One helper offered helpful loading suggestions. Both were professional. The helpers were about 30 min late but called ahead of time to inform mover. Would use them again if I were from out of town and did not have friends or relatives to assist.
