They were professional and very good at figuring out how to keep things safe and also maximize the van to fit a lot of stuff in there. They really are a team and it shows because they work so quickly. I would absolutely hire them again. Great job.

Eddie and Sergio were amazing!! They moved everything out of my 2 bedroom apartment and classroom into the POD in just over an hour. They were careful with my items and packed the stuff top to bottom and side to side. I feel confident that my items will safely make it from WI to Houston. I was disappointed with the service that I received from Promovers. I had hired them for two hours. They were barely there an hour. That's not why I was disappointed. I am a single, mature woman. I knew I wouldn't be able to move my heavier items and set up my bed, computer desk, and TV by myself. That's why I hired help in the first place. I was hoping for a little more help placing furniture where I wanted it. They didn't ask or welcome any direction as to which boxes went in which room. Everything just got plopped in the middle of the room. If I wanted something in a specific room, I had to intercept them at the door to tell them where to place it. I had to ask them to help me place my TV on the stand. They told me that I would have to put the legs back on my computer desk before they could place it where I wanted it. They didn't even take my mattress and box spring out of the protective bags. They just propped them against the wall. I had to struggle to set up my bed by myself after they left. To be fair, the young men were extremely efficient in unloading the truck. They didn't damage anything. They just weren't very helpful and I wasn't assertive about having them move stuff around. Perhaps they are under instructions to just "unload and go," because that's basically all they did.

I received a call letting me know they were about 5 minutes away. They arrived on time. The guys were extremely professional and courteous. They worked really well together and got the job done very quickly. Even though it was extremely hot (95 degrees). My things were handled with care and nothing was damaged. I will definitely use them again.

The men were on time and I got a bonus for my money, hired two guys for 2 hr and got 3. They moved all the items in the semi within the time we had, we also had 2 extra people there. Will hire them again on my next move whenever it will be.
