Cook's One and Done was awesome. Showed up in the designated window. Kept in contact when they left and when they hit traffic. Still showed in the window. The men were polite and personable. They packed up the trailer really well and strapped sections down. I would reccommend them to anyone needing moving labor help.

Helpers were not on time because the office gave wrong street address. One of the furniture piece did not get to the designate location because it did not fit the doorway.

Efficient work and care in preventing damage to furniture and walls. Completed the job in less time than expected and moved additional pieces to assist me in preparing for a moving sale.

Overall the moving aspect of the job was fine. However, we experienced some frustration with one of the movers. His proirity was to complete the move ASAP; so there were instances were he had very little concern for our items, throwing items into the truck or using our clothing as a dust rag. The worse part was when we called the office to complain and the manager knew exactly who we were talking about and simply told us that is how he is. Excellent.

I was very pleased how well they got everything out of the pod considering at first they could not get the door to open, They were respectful of my things and if there was a question they asked, I would use them again!

Overall our move went smoothly with the help of our movers. We were the second move of the day for them and they were obviously tired but we got everything moved and only went over our reserved time by a little over an hour. There was some confusion over a payment method for the overtime so that could maybe be clarified in advance. Otherwise - good job!
