Amazing and extremely efficient

This company valley movers are the best that you could find. If you don't ask for valley movers, you're in trouble with the rest of the movers, because we eat went, the valley movers are a third attempt, and by George, they did the best job you could ever ask for on 3 trucks, 3 trailers, and they did it within their time limit. I'm so proud of them.Get ballet movers, if you gotta move.

The two person team was on time and very efficient. They not only were patient with me deciding where furniture should be placed, but helped assemble my bed frame. I absolutely recommend them for future moving needs.

Chris and Tyler did a great job! I would use and recommend Illinois Valley Movers. They were running a little late, but kept me apprised of their progress. They arrived and got to work. It was raining, but they didn't complain. Worked with me on loading the truck and making sure everything was secured. They did great work!

Our movers were fast and efficient. I was very worried that all of our stuff would not fit into our POD and they managed to Tetris it all in there with no issues. They were friendly and seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and each other’s company.

We had a 16 foot pod with a lot of big items. I was a little skeptical of how much it could fit. The guys got everything in there plus some. Overall, very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.

Hard working and careful with items.

Let me preface by saying first I'm an engineer and project manager, so I may have a different approach to small projects like this. I don't want to appear ungrateful, as Precious Cargo stepped up to move my items out of PODS and into my basement and garage on a day's notice when the OTHER movers were a no-show. These guys really tried. But unfortunately they arrived without proper equipment (no dollies and no tools, even though my original order stated the need for those items and movers should have them regardless), which resulted in misuse of my new furniture dollies. They drug the furniture dollies (intended for use in the house and garage) through the gravel and mud, pitting and ruining the wheels and embedding debris in them. The duvet that was covering my air hockey table also was drug through the mud, and I'm still trying to get the stain out. I did run to Lowes and buy 2 regular dollies for them to use as soon as they said they didn't have any, but in the hour I was gone the damage was done. Also, I had to remind them to not lean or rest on my Mercedes sports car. That should have gone without saying. But they DID get the items moved out of 2 PODS when the other company failed to show, so I appreciate that. I think better prep and some basic customer etiquette would make this a fantastic company. Easy fixes that I anticipate they'll make. ?

I’d give even more stars if I could! My movers were absolutely fabulous! They showed up and got right to work! They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and such hard workers! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs to move! They made this day that I was stressing out about turn into just an absolutely smooth seamless day! Highly recommend these guys!

Punctual and friendly. A few nicks/dings to some heavy wooden furniture while traversing flights of stairs but otherwise great service. I would use them again.

Terry and Nick were great that they began their work right away once they had their direction and didn't need to be reminded of the high level approach of what needed to be done. However, they were able to adjust if we decided something different or if it wasn't previously described for a couple large items in the initial description. I'd highly recommend. They are also top Tetris players in the way they packed the truck :)

Doug, his son & Cyrus were extremely pleasant & efficient. Even tho my Pod was a mess from me trying to pack it myself, they were able to straighten it out. Pack it properly, get the things in I couldn't do all in under the 2 hours alotted. They were very kind. I deffinetly will be using them when it comes time to unpack my Pod when I find a new place to live. Yes I most definitely will recommend them to anyone I know needing their services. George and JR were AMAZING!!! I’ve never seen anyone work as hard and non-stop. They masterfully loaded the trailer, making use of all possible space for our goods. They were friendly, courteous and true masters of their craft. They made the day go smoothly and we appreciate their help and hard work.
