Their service was okay & I say ok because they were young and didn’t move with a sense of of urgency. I could have gotten a lot more done had they understood the concept of making every min count. You don’t have time for phones or just standing waiting & not have a plan four or five steps out so you don’t sit & waste time, I had to do a lot myself or I would not have gotten as much done as I did. I tipped because my grandma taught us to do so, she said it either paid for an exceptional job or it may motivate them to do better next time. But I always wanted to tell her no it just motivated them to keep working the same. Anyway they were pleasant & mannerable so that’s a plus in today’s world. I now have so much to do on my own. Could have paid boys n the hood less & got more done, but they wouldn’t have been insured is all. Oh well you live & learn & hopefully they will also. Thanks, Sincerely Sad ??

Great service I've never paid for moving but I'm so glad that I did. They made me realize how bad it would have been if I tried to move. Everything was planned they were super friendly and got the job done!

Tyler and Robert were very good. They were on time and prepared for anything. It is obvious they have a wealth of experience. They were efficient and careful. I am thankful for them and would definitely hire them again. $$ well spent.

The movers were on time and friendly. The men doing the physical labor were fine, but the real gem was Tracy, the woman supervising the move. She was everywhere, making sure things were done efficiently and well. When movers knocked a blind off a wall, she repaired it herself. She prioritized our money and kept the guys moving when they were lagging. Highly recommend Tracy and would definitely use Friends again if I could be sure she was supervising!

Great movers. arrived on time. polite.

They arrived right on time. Immediately starting asking what needed to be moved and what was priority so they could start planning the order in which they would load. They got everything loaded (even when I thought it wasn’t possible) and didn’t leave as much as a scratch in my house. They were friendly and stayed professional. I would like to hire the same guys for my next move.

David and Oscar were amazing! I would recommend them for any move you have. The were polite and friendly and took care to not damage anything!

They were on time and worked very hard. We had some very heavy pieces and they were very aware to load them even though they were running out of time. Two hours wasn't enough to load an entire house but they extended a half hour and loaded the heavy pieces. Very pleasant and careful.

Great job! Hired on short term notice the guys came prepared to work on the hottest day of the year. Best investment I have made in a while. I would recommend them (they loaded a 26 foot moving truck). Thanks.

Moving day went smoothly until they took my couch into the basement. I know it was not easy to do but after bending my handrail and busting up the wall they finally got it down there. This was Friday and they said they would be back Monday to fix everything. I call Monday and they said they would come Wednesday then they never show or tell me they aren’t coming. They come Thursday to mud then back Saturday to sand and paint. After all of this it wasn’t even a good job so my husband is redoing it. Moving everything in was pretty well done and they didn’t charge me for the extra half hour getting the couch in the basement.

These guys where great. Busted ass didn’t try to milk the clock. They even offered to move my 16 ft. Palm to the back yard. Think they regretted that later. LOL. But by gosh they got it back there. Amazing people and a job well done. Don’t ever want to need them again. Because if I do it means I’m long gone from this earth and my wife is having them move her to FL. LOL. Just kiddin. Thank you so much guys you have no idea how much I appreciated your help.

They were amazing, personable, easy to talk to, and very respectful of our home. I would recommend them for anyone to use.
