We appreciated Charlie and his crew's efforts and thought they did a good job. They were very careful not to bump into any walls or woodwork. It did seem quite expensive to basically carry a few pieces of furniture down a flight of stairs and two houses down and then up a flight of steps. We understood there is a two-hour minimum, but the work we asked to have done took less than an hour. Lastly, we were told there would be a one-hour window in which the movers would arrive. That's great, as it helps with planning. However, we were contacted to see if the movers could come 30 minutes earlier than the start time of their arrival window. For most people that wouldn't have been an issue. We had planned our day based on what we were originally told. At the end of the day, the furniture was successfully moved without any issues.
