They were on time and worked quickly. We did not appreciate one of them leaving our bathroom a mess right before they left. I understand if you need to go to the bathroom, but doing so a few minutes before leaving left us with a negative look. Just not respectful as we are just moving in and stunk up our house for awhile after they left. Would probably use again, but would be cautious.

Loaded a whole house fitting it in a Pod right to the back door. We’re right on time and finished in 2 hour time limit by working hard and efficiently. Would highly recommend. Hope I get the same crew to move in.

We appreciated Charlie and his crew's efforts and thought they did a good job. They were very careful not to bump into any walls or woodwork. It did seem quite expensive to basically carry a few pieces of furniture down a flight of stairs and two houses down and then up a flight of steps. We understood there is a two-hour minimum, but the work we asked to have done took less than an hour. Lastly, we were told there would be a one-hour window in which the movers would arrive. That's great, as it helps with planning. However, we were contacted to see if the movers could come 30 minutes earlier than the start time of their arrival window. For most people that wouldn't have been an issue. We had planned our day based on what we were originally told. At the end of the day, the furniture was successfully moved without any issues.

The men were on time, worked very hard, were very helpful and efficient and very careful of belongings. We certainly recommend them and would hire again.

WE WILL DEFINATELY USE THEM AGAIN ! THEY WERE ON TIME TO THE MINITE ,WORKED CHEERFULLY, AND VERY EFFICIENTLY,WERE VERY RESPECTFUL AND DID NOT LET ME LIFT ANYTHING. THEIR WORK WAS PROFFESSIONAL, AS IF THEY HAD BEEN TRAINED TO PACK EFFICIENTLY KEEPING IN MIND SAFETY AND CARE OF ITEMS. THEY FINISHED EARLY, AND OUR REFUND OF UNUSED HOUR WAS CHEERFULLY MADE. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PEOPLE.

Showed up om-time and reday to go. 2 men scheduled for 4 hours. As we got into move it became apparent we were going to go over time, guys were fine with this, never complained or said they had somewhere to be, just head-down doing whatever was needed to get job done, polite and accomodating, 4 Hours turned into 8 and they were just fine staying and making sure everything was in place and as expected. Thank you Ian and Skyler - a great move and experince, we will call again for any and all of our moves.

The entire online process of reserving the service with confirmations and reminders was very easy to use and efficient. There were a couple of calls to clarify details with Hire A Helper, and the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. The work crew was outstanding. They worked steadily and thoughtfully. They paid attention to details about where to place items and we marveled at the care they took to avoid damaging either the items moved or the interior of our home. Their ability to handled various sizes and types of items plus their "can do" spirit and friendliness were over the top. We'd rehire them in an instant with the highest confidence for excellent service. We could not be more pleased.

Chris and his team were positive and upbeat, even though our move was a bit complicated, as we with different items going to different locations. Chris' team was careful with all of our items, and they did a good job of communicating with us to ensure everything got where it needed to be.

They were timely, efficient and thorough in their helping us move.

Julien and his partner were great to work with - we had to arrange some very heavy furniture and they were very careful and also patient. We would use them again, in a heartbeat.

They were on time, very accommodating, quick, and brought their own dollies. They unloaded a 20-foot truck and put the boxes on shelves (in storage unit) where I asked them to, in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Next time I estimate time needed, I will subtract an hour, they are that good.

Eddie and Kevin were true professionals. They arrived on time and were ready to go from their arrival. Everything was handled with care and they were able to do my move in 3 hours instead of the estimated 4. They did everything from hauling the boxes to putting together beds. They even went out on a ledge on my balcony to bring up a piece that would not fit through the stairway. When they finished they asked if there was anything else they could do and did that without question. I would definitely hire these guys back!

We will definitely use them again. They arrived on time despite a snow storm! They worked hard, did a fantastic job and finished in record time. I have recommended them to several friends who are moving and will continue to do so.

I highly recommend BOW Movers. They were timely, efficient, careful and professional. They were able to accommodate my request to do the job one day earlier than scheduled. All employees were hard-working and courteous, and were earnest about meeting my expectations. They finished the move in less time than I expected, with no damage.

Overall Lee and his helper did a great job, very hard working, very respectful to us and our property, I appreciated the compliments on being very organized on the packing and set up in our new place as I worked very hard to make it easy on everyone. The only issue was the arrival time was a bit later than scheduled but still was able to return the moving truck ok. For the cost I would definately recommend Done Rite Moving.

Both movers were outstanding in their professionalism, care with my belongings and timeliness of the work performed. They were very courteous and friendly and made my stressful move more tolerable. Team Hernandez did a GREAT job. They were on time and ready to go to work as soon as they got here. They unloaded the truck and placed everything the house without a problem. They were very cooperative, willing moving furniture multiple times. I would definately hire them again.
