Jorge and Andres were absolutely fantastic! They were timely, friendly, knowledgeable, and very hard working. They knew their exact plan of action after surveying everything in my apartment, and got moving right away. My apartment was 2 stories with a long narrow staircase making moving large heavy items a pain, but they were not phased by this, and got all our stuff out quickly and efficiently while still being thorough and careful not to damage anything. I moved about 200 miles away, and they made the drive in great time. They unloaded quickly and made sure everything was where we wanted, and nothing was broken or damaged. They made the whole process seamless and stress-free and were a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

The helpers were on time and started to work right away. They were very efficient with the movement of articles and then placing them in the POD. They worked hard to get everything moved and placed. We were pleased with way they used the space to get everything in. These guys were great. I’d use them again and will look for Smart Move when we unpack.

My movers arrived 15 minutes before the planned time. They were ready to work. They brought a dolly and furniture straps to aid them in moving our heavy items. I was pleased with the pace of work and their approach to moving items around corners and over stairs. They worked hard, never complaining about the tasks. I hired them for 2 hours. Ultimately, it took 4 hours to complete the move out and move in. I paid for the extra time and they moved on to their next job. I would absolutely use this company again.

I traveled 8 hrs to a town where I didn’t know anyone in a 26 ft moving van. When I arrived at the loading location, I noticed that the moving company I hired wasn’t there. After attempting to contact them for 2 hrs, someone finally answered the phone and told me that nobody was coming to help. I found Denver duo and they sent the guys out same day! They were friendly, fast, and just all around good. They turned a total disaster into a successful trip. Thanks guys!

Guys were on time, pleasant, and worked hard. They did a good job packing things in the truck so there was no major damage. However they did not plastic wrap any furniture like they promised even after I asked. Several pieces had scuffs, scrapes, or nicks. The buffet has a bad gouge on top another piece has scrapes to the bare wood on the edges. The white box springs are now black on one end even though I provided plastic covers for them. Just frustrating because it was preventable damage. But overall things came through pretty well.

They arrived on time, were courteous, worked nonstop, and had everything unloaded from a cargo van into a second floor apartment in under 45 minutes.

I would highly recommend them. Used their services several times over the last couple of years. Won’t use anyone else!
