Hard workers good job, would use again

It was the easiest and most efficient move i ever did so far. Excellent service.

I cannot recall the names of the 2 men who arrived to load our POD. But they were on time, professional, and worked very hard the entire time they were there. They finished the job well under the 2 hour minimum that we booked. They successfully loaded all of our belongings with care. I definitely recommend this company for your next move. Thank you!

The movers did an awesome job. They both worked hard and efficient. They were professional and very friendly. They arrived on time and worked right up to the very end of the time. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving!!!

The guys had great communication on when they would arrive. Got everything done in a very timely fashion. Didn’t bump anything and they were very courteous. Definitely recommend them.

2 young men showed up both very polite. Everything that went wrong they automatically blamed the original packers. The one gentleman was tired from the start and proceeded to let me know he had an eight hour job the night before. The stuff they unloaded was kinda just dumped in the room they blocked the entrance door to the spare room that you couldn’t get to the sliding glass door to lock . They just left that room through the glass door. A few items can up broken ( still going through, I am a handicapped woman, so it’s hard) but anything broken of course was the other movers from hire a helper ( who I had no issues with) one piece broke was an antique solid wood buffet table .. leg broken ) I watched as the brought in a plastic shelving unit where actual pieces of the unit came off and they kept walking past it, that I went outside picked it up and gave it to him, so he know I saw it. In a discussion again he was blaming the other crew for all damage ( product was in a POD that never moved from the spot it was in). He then said that’s what he is telling his boss and I said I would be saying something different and he said it’s just a he said, she said making me feel like oh well whatcha gonna do. Later before he left I tried to talk to him because I do know things can happen but I couldn’t put all the blame either way ( especially seeing how they unloaded) that the conversation was done but twice after that he went into I just want to say this one last time that he didn’t have anything to do with the damage. From the very beginning I told them where the one cot bed was going. It was one of the last pieces they moved , so instead of putting the bed in and being able to stack a few boxes in it to make the room manageable, they put the wire frame down put a couple of small things on it and left the mattress leaning against the wall, so it shows their packing skills to the knew room.

Excellent service. The two gentlemen were great. They miraculously loaded the POD with all my furniture. I didn't think it could be done, but they did it. They worked hard and miticulously. I would certainly recommend Southern Cross Moving again to anyone. I made a wise choice by picking them for the job. Thank you very much....

The nicest guys and they were very kind during a very stressful time

The movers were supposed to be at my storage unit between 11am to 12pm. I did not receive any communication they were going to be late so I called them. They showed up at 12:35 pm. Once they started working they were good although on the way to the house they disappeared. I had to call again and ask where they were. They said they stopped at the store for drinks and food. They arrived 30 minutes after we arrived at the house. When they started to work they did work hard and loaded the truck and POD container well. I would not use them again just because there was a lack of communication on their part which I feel is disrespectful.

John and Justin were friendly and did a great job. It was a same day request to empty my pod. They were very quick and efficient, respectful of my home, and gentle with the furniture and boxes. I would definitely hire them again.

Chris, Robert and Joey were very polite men and they did a great job for us.

They were a little late, but called to inform me. They worked very hard and were most helpful as well as respectful of my property and goods. Even put my large TV back on it's stand that the helpers in Ohio took all apart. I would definitely recommend them again.

THESE GUYS MOVED HEAVEN and EARTH ! I am a retired TV Producer and still had portions of my TV PRODUCTION and an enormous amount of a recording studio 32 channel board and 3 massive drumsets,plus a guitar collection and celebrity stage clothes worn in concert by Paul McCartney,Jon Bonham,etc. These guys were ABOVE and Beyond the call of duty.The Owner of Southern Cross "Greg" and his 3 man crew.Were by far The Best of the Best...TOTAL PROS.....If you don't hire them IT's YOUR LOSS....JO2 TV Producer & Pro Drummer...THANKS GUYS...I've never seen PACKING THAT GOOD...LIKE ORAGAMI......AMAZING !!!
