The guys called ahead 30 minutes to let us know when they would be arriving. They were on time and got right to work. The two men worked very well together and were open to questions and offered suggestions.

They finished in less than the scheduled 3 hours and made sure were satisfied with their work. Pleasant fellows.

Customer service was great; I'd call and get ahold of Laura or Ben and they were both so helpful and polite. Our trailer showed up right when they said it would and dropped off the same. I'm so happy I found MovingPlace as an option for my move from Colorado to TX. I had a small storage unit of household items to move and this was the most affordable option I could find. I did have to load and unload the truck myself with friends/family but it was worth it and not a big deal for me, personally.
