The two men came on time and did work quickly. I feel one of the men was more experienced than the other. The shorter one that was less experienced hit door frames and doors with the dolley. They were both polite and worked diligently and finished the job earlier than I expected I over paid by one hour. Other than that. It worked out great.

They were great. They arrived a little early, were friendly, professional and moved everything safely. What more could you ask for.

Brice and his workers were excellent in every way. We had them load a Pod that stayed in place. They were on time, asked what needed to be done, and got to work immediately. They were very careful and covered furniture with blankets that we supplied. They even moved a very heavy piano. We were amazed that they were finished in under an hour. Brice Moving Company is professional and excellent. We definitely would have them back again.

The two guys that helped us move were amazing-very personable, professional, helpful, timely, efficient etc etc...I highly recommend these two gentlemen for any future move!!

On time, polite, asked for room destinations for the boxes and furniture, worked steadily but without haste, careful of the entire load. Would definitely use again. Nice people.

The original crew had a family emergency that day, so they said they found a replacement. The estimated arrival was originally for 1pm, but they said the replacements would be there at 2pm. They did not tell us that they were 2 hours away. I would have started at 1 to unload it myself. They arrived at 4pm when we started to unload the truck ourselves. I had to return the truck by 6pm so that is why we scheduled at 1pm. They finished by 6pm so we were late returning the truck, my daughter missed a meeting and it was not a good day.

The movers at AB Industries, LLC (“AB”) were very courteous and professional, and I would recommend their services to anyone. On the day of our move, one of AB’s crews had an accident, but the owner communicated with me and kept me apprised of the situation. To fill in for the missing crew, the owner came to our move and brought one of his crew members. They did a fantastic job and were very professional and organized. Recognizing that they were a little late, they even gave me a $50 discount. Things happen; it’s how a company deals with those situations that distinguishes a great company from a good company.

Chris and Corey did an amazing job! They were here on time, worked the entire time, and had great attitudes! I’d highly recommend their service.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Josh, Chris and Cory were both extremely flexible with me when I decided last minute to change our unloading destination from our house to a storage unit. The guys were outstanding. They were quick and I felt my stuff was taken care of very well. My Pod was packed just right.

They were on time, and prepared with all the requested hand truck and dolly. I called them last minutes to bring some tools to disassemble my furniture, and they were able to bring it with no problem. They did a great job, and moved faster than I expected!

Aaron and his partner/helper were very professional. They really knew how to pack the truck to maximum efficiency to make it in one trip. I appreciated them helping us on such short notice and on such a hot day. I will definitely use their business again and I highly recommend them to anybody else in the East Lansing area.

The service seemed great at first but once our packing pods arrived at the new location we had many damaged items due to careless packing. We provided the movers with shrink wrap and encouraged them to use it, as well as dozens of furniture blankets. Leather sofa arrived with a hole in it due to a sharp object being packed right up against the leather, which was packed with absolutely no padding around it. Also found terrible scratches on some of our metal furniture that was not padded properly and cannot be buffed out. They seemed confident enough in what they were doing that I didn’t watch them like a hawk, but in hindsight, maybe I should have. I expect to have some items damaged during the move, but definitely feel the damage incurred was exacerbated by poor loading.

These guys we early, fast and extremely friendly. I had Aaron and Dwayne helping me out. They started by showing up 20 minutes early and called me to see if they could get the ball rolling. It only took them ~35 minutes to unload a 10 foot truck packed to the limit. All my items were handled like they were their own. Once they finished they checked back in with me and eagerly made suggestions to start setting up my apartment items (bed frame, entertainment system). Lastly, they remembered that I had a couch on my order but it wasn’t present. I bought it locally and was going to tackle that later. They worked so efficiently that we had enough to drive 15 minutes away, loaded the couch and then took care of getting that final missing piece into my apartment. Above and beyond is how I’d describe these two!
