I think they were very nice. I really don’t think they knew much about actually moving and positioning as far as stacking the container. I believe they were just 2 guys out tj make a buck which is fine but I really needed the help !! I’m concerned about my TV as well as some more items which were packed in such a way that as far as I can see things were. Not taken specific care of. I gave them $100 tip which is because I felt bad they came in a small car with NO DOLLY and No tools I felt bad bc he said his truck and items were stolen His nephew was very polite and helped what he. Am but he had to be talked into everything. If this was just a handyman job or similar maybe they would have done a better job I have no idea but for the money I paid I’m really not satisfied that the use of space was taken into consideration :( I’m really concerned my entire life is in that pod ! I have no idea when time comes what I will find :( At the end of the day it’s all good but not professionals at all I wish them luck but moving isn’t their thing

The guys were polite and professional in behavior. They worked hard. We had a couple of pieces that were low priority to take with us as we were concerned about space. We had them size up what we were packing and they felt that it would not be a problem to fit everything. Our mistake for allowing it to happen. One of the large items we would have left out went in first. We asked them to pack tightly and use all of the space while distributing weight. The storage container was full long before we loaded a number of valuable items. It was somewhat irrelevant as at the time the container was full we agreed that not everything would have fit either way. I scheduled a four hours based on the advice of hire a helper. After they left, 2.5 hours into a 4 hour prepaid time allowance, we ended up unpacking half of the unit to create more space within. We were able to fit in quite a bit more by stacking lighter items to the top of the container. We also provided retention straps to secure the heavier pieces, they did not use any of these, so we put them in place to keep weight from shifting. We still fell short of our goal of getting everything into a 16' container and in the long run it was easier but not cost effective to bring in another 8' container. Another local service, which we did not use, would have estimated how much space we needed which would have allowed us to eliminate the items not worth storing and moving. Lesson learned on our end. We were counting on a level of expertise in this process that could have been better.

Highly recommend these guys - on time, friendly, prepared, and efficient. They showed up with the necessary equipment, completely understood what we needed moved, and were very efficient about loading the POD to make the most, best use of it. Would definitely use again.

Finished early and we’re friendly

Adriano and Manuel were on time, communicated clearly, were incredibly professional, respected my property, were reassuring when answering my questions, were prepared and worked incredibly hard! They arrived and after a polite hello, started moving boxes...boom, just like that! No small talk, just focused on their work, and they nevervstopped for the 3 hours except to drink some water. They knew exactly how to pack, what goes first, how to make use of all the space in the moving truck. I highly recommend Adriano and Manuel!! Thank you to both of you! Your help was invaluable!

Our crew, Noe and Jacob arrived precisely on time and kept up a busy pace loading and unloading the heaviest part of our household. They were efficient and friendly and made that part of our move as pleasant as possible. My only regret was underestimating how much stuff we had to move and not booking them for another 2 hours since another load our two on our U Haul truck was required which we had to do on our own. Thanks for your help.

Great team, they took so much care in moving our things, everything was carefully wrapped and packed. Such attention to detail, that they set up an unpacking station in my new kitchen to assure I would be able to comfortably unpack.

I have hired “professional” moving companies in the past and now that I have seen the type of employees that your company hires I will use your services exclusively in any future moves that we do. These employees were all excellent and I would love to have people like this working at my own place of business. My wife and I demand excellence from our employees and we are very direct with all involved if that is not what we receive. Theo and Greg were awesome! They were great about communicating when their previous job went longer than expected, which delayed their arrival slightly. They were careful with all of our stuff and loaded/unloaded quickly. I would highly recommend them for any move.

They were great!!

I hired 3 movers for 2 hours to load my two bedroom apartment into a moving trailer. They were in touch with me via text before they arrived to let me know about traffic delays and exactly when to expect them. They worked hard and fast to get everything loaded, were incredibly friendly and clearly knew how to load a trailer. My furniture made it to the destination in great shape. And most of all, their friendliness helped ease the stress of moving day.

The workers did a good job. However, they were not the "elite" helpers that I had requested and contracted for (and was being billed for). They did not have hand trucks which would have allowed for the job to be completed in the time that I had reserved. They were able to move the bulk of what I needed but left me with a couple of hours of moving after. Their boss kept insisting that I pay for "elite" helpers. Eventually, the Hire a Helper rep. after finding the correct contract confirmed that I had contracted for 2 "elite" helpers for 3 hours. She corrected the fee by the $34 dollar difference.

All around, great experience. They showed up on time, were professional and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone.

The communication leading up to the move was great and I had high hopes for excellent service. They were friendly, but not the same level of professionalism that I experienced with the movers who loaded my truck. All The Right Moves showed up late and worked slowly. I had already unpacked a substantial amount by the time they arrived, so they didn't have two hours worth of work. They took a decent break and left early because there wasn't enough left to take the full 2 hours. They weren't as careful with my items as I would have liked and knocked things around both in and outside of my house. I probably would not use them again.

Stack and move was a GREAT help for us. They were extremely friendly, respectful, quick, efficient, and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend them!
