Very efficient, courteous, informative.

Helpers moved chairs and couches for us. They arrived on time, worked quickly and carefully. Overall pleased with our experience.

The two young men that showed up were great! They called to let us know they were running late which was OK with us because we weren't in any hurry. They showed up ready to work. They were tetris masters packing our container. They were polite and very respectful of our property. They got everything thing packed in record time!

These movers were friendly, professional, and efficient. I absolutely recommend!!

Joseph and crew were top notch! They really knew how to utilize every bit of the container space available. It’s packed tight and safe so things won’t move or fall either. Both very friendly, respectful and professional. I would certainly use them again!

Communicted well with me re: time of arrival and were on time. Completed job within time frame quoted. Friendly. Handled my things with care. All in all a great experience.

Training on team coordination was lacking. What caused problems was the hand truck and dolly the owner provided, they both were sub- standard. Flat tire on one of the hand truck two wheels, and the dolly’s wheels were well wore out, with one breaking during the in-loading. I felt sorry for the two men who had to hand carry 90% the items off the moving van.

They did an excellent job; friendly and efficient. We would recommend and use them again.

Fantastic! The MovingZoom team were strong, fast, careful and friendly. We had a team of four, but my wife thought there were five of them, because they were everywhere at once! The called me to say when they'd arrive (in the agreed window), had all the gear they needed, and packed everything efficiently in the U-Boxes. Definitely would hire again and recommend. 1. Be prepared before they arrive, everything boxed and disassembled, because they are a whirlwind. 2. Hire more people than you think you need, for less time than you think you need.

The two helpers did a great job and were very helpful. They worked well together and helped maked sure i they loaded what needed to be and not what didn't. I hope the loading was done with as much skill. I have a turn in my stair way, and every move or carrying of furniture up or down by any number of movers or myself have left marks or scrapes in the walls. I just had everything fix and was obviously concerned. Your two helpers moved ALL the furniture without a single mark. Excellent job!
