Alex and Shawn were great! Showed up early, worked super fast but being thoughtful to take care our our items. We had a very heavy sleeper sofa that needed to be moved out of a small doorway and they got it out in 3 minutes! Respectful, wore masks, great young men. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

They were on time and worked very hard. They were very respectful of my property. I would hire them again. Did not like the policy of if you go over an hour you are charged for a full hour. I think 30 minute blocks after 2 hours is fair.

Very pleased with the guys from Proload. They were on time, very careful as they packed up the PODS container, and they made really good use of the time that I had booked (just 2 hours). Really nice job.

This is an updated review from my previous 1 star rating. On 2/7/19, I received a call from Pat at Moving Zoom. He read my past negative review and felt the need to reach out. He was very apologetic and wished to make things right for me. He offered a $350 refund which I gladly accepted. I appreciate the company’s willingness to make sure that I’m happy with their service. ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Original review: I’m revising my previous, “Job well done”. Yes, the guys were on time and very friendly. They were respectful of my things while taking them out of the apartment. But, once they started working it became obvious that one of the young men was being trained. At the pace they were working I could tell they were going to run over the 2 hours. The apartment was only about 730 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bath. It took them 4.5 hours. It ended up costing $600. Mind you, everything was ready for them. All they had to do was load the container. The boxes that were fragile and very fragile were marked as such. This was brought to their attention. I had 12 shipping blankets ready for them and gave them specific instructions on what was in most need of the blankets. They seemed to understand my requests. I was alone so I stayed inside to direct them trusting that they knew how to properly load the container. When everything was done they showed me the container. They explained how they made sure everything was secured tightly with straps. We locked it up. The container was shipped from California to Texas. I used Hire-A-Helper again to off load to my new apartment. These gentlemen were shocked at what they saw. They took pictures in the container of crushed “very fragile” boxes that were at the bottom of stacks. My desk (that the original movers were told was fragile and to load with care) that had things stacked on it and was ready to fall apart. In fact, to off load the desk it had to be disassembled to move. I very clearly asked for blankets to be placed on some specific pieces of expensive furniture. This was not done. There was damage. So to sum it up, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

These guys were great! They were timely, polite, helpful, and careful with our furniture. They moved everything quickly and did an excellent job fitting everything into our storage unit. We'd definitely use them again! Thanks, ProLoad!

Kevin and Aaron were wonderful movers. They were both friendly and pleasant, making the process enjoyable and smooth. They also were very efficient when loading and unloading our furniture, making sure our items were safely secured in the vehicle. They did a great job. Stack and Move took the job at the last minute as a replacement for another terrible company that cancelled on us 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. Both guys are strong and careful, very conscientious about not dropping and bumping our stuff. Would use them again.

Pat and Jordan were excellent movers. Very courteous, professional and pleasure to work with. I'll be hiring them for the return move.

Brian and Dylan from 5 Star Moving were professional, courteous, hard-working, and most of all, really impressive at packing our POD. I did not think there was any way all our stuff would fit in the 16' POD, but they packed it so well and so securely, there was room to spare. I will definitely hire them again when it comes time to unload the POD. Also, the owner Lucas was great setting everything up on the phone and answering my questions.
