Alpha Moving were absolutely brilliant. They let us know in advance that they would be one man down on the day. But 3 of them moved our 4 bedroom home in 6 hours. They even did two trips (20 min drive)!!! I couldn’t believe how quick and efficient they were. And the price was also unbeatable. Highly highly highly recommend.

I was really not impressed by the service we received. They moved my originally reserved time slot; when the manager called to tell me about this, he said he would bring a 4th person for free to make up for it. They were not proactive about sending me timing updates on the moving day. Only 3 people arrived, despite the manager telling me there would be a 4th. I would not call their service professional. I did not get the sense that caring for my belongings as they were being loaded was a priority. They complained about how much stuff there was, despite me being very clear how large the storage units were ahead of time. As they were working, the manager was on the phone making promises to other clients that he would be there soon. Even though I booked and paid for 3 hours, there was the constant sense that we were being rushed. My partner and I ended up having to do a lot of the lifting ourselves to get the job done on time. I can't recommend this company. I advise you to look elsewhere. They were cheaper than a lot of other options, so they might be the right choice if you have a very simple job that needs to be done without too many fragile items.

Bob was great! He even me put felt pads on all my furniture so it didn’t scratch the floors. He arrived early and finished the move in a timely manner all while being careful with my possessions. I would 100% use them again.

Alex and Curtis were on time, extremely courteous and completed the job without any issues. They maximized the space in our POD and offered helpful suggestions throughout the move. Wish we could hire them again for our unpack!

Alex and Shawn were great! Showed up early, worked super fast but being thoughtful to take care our our items. We had a very heavy sleeper sofa that needed to be moved out of a small doorway and they got it out in 3 minutes! Respectful, wore masks, great young men. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Very friendly. Unloaded my moving truck into my apartment in under 2 hours. Asked where everything needed to go before they got started and put everything in the right spot.
