We requested help in the afternoon, and they were finishing up a prior job 50 miles away that took longer than anticipated, but Douglas did a good job of keeping us abreast of how that was going and when he expected to arrive at our place. The three big, strapping fellas arrived at around 3:45 and worked tirelessly until the work was done. They were careful with our things and were polite and pleasant the entire time. There were a few times when items were put in places we didn't want them, but I really can't blame the guys for not knowing what we don't tell them. Some of the boxes were marked "storage" or "food" and got put in the wrong place, but again, the sun had gone down and it was dark, and it was an enormous job. Using McLeod Movers was an overwhelmingly positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants a good job done with their move.
