They did a fantastic job in unloading and helping me move even though our container was really far from the apartment.

The coordinator Pat was very communicative and proactively helped us with an unforeseen container delivery issue, and stayed in touch the whole time before the team arrived to make sure all went smoothly with our move in. John and Bob did an UNBELIEVABLY great job with everything, they helped us get two containers unloaded, up the stairs, and in the apartment in less than two hours, and we couldn't be more thankful for their assistance. Thank you SO much, MovingZoom.

These guys were excellent. Called ahead of time to confirm their arrival time, jumped right in and handled all of the large awkward things without any issues and really problem solved when the space/angles were weird. I would highly recommend them!

The team was wonderful! We had a difficult transport to our new home and ProLoad went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They were very communicative and kind. The team arrived on time and ready to work. They worked fast and took extra care transporting all our belongings from the truck into the house. They made sure everything went into the correct room to make unpacking easier and even offered to help with building some furniture after the truck was empty. ProLoad was the highlight of our very difficult move. Would 100% hire again.

David and Cesar were fantastic! They showed up on time and were very friendly. We were doing a cross country move, so correctly packing the moving truck was very important, and David did a stellar job! Not only did he get everything in the truck, but when we unloaded a few days later nothing was damaged or moved. If I was still in the Bay Area I wouldn't hesitate to use David again!

David and Cesar were fantastic - they worked very hard and expertly loaded all our items and packed the trailer using a minimum amount of space. They were polite and we thank them for wearing masks in our house as we requested. We di=finitely highly recommend them!

Excellent. In and done in no time at all. And we’re respectful and careful with all my belongings. All while bringing everything up a flight of stairs. My POD was late arriving and they were scheduled to start at 9:00-10:00 and David was very accommodating with being able to wait until 3:00 pm. Great d service and friendly, hardworking, professionals. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

They were were amazing and I'd highly recommend them! They arrived on time and our complete experience was hassle-free. The PODS container was so efficiently packed that none of the stuff moved an inch during transport and there was no damage to our furniture.

The helpers were on time and worked hard for the 3 hours we originally requested. We added on another hour to finish up. They were great.

They arrived an hour later than we planned. Did a very good job initially but got slower as time progressed. Helpers did not tell us the truck we'd rented wasn't going to be enough to load everything we had so we had to scramble in the end to get everything loaded and had to keep stuff in the driver's seat. Furniture was damaged/chipped when it arrived, loaders didn't do a good job packing with blankets. I wish experience was better after reading all the reviews but it wasn't

They did such a wonderful job! We had no idea how to pack a POD but they did. They wrapped our furniture and got it all downstairs. They also worked with us for timing of when our POD was delivered. Overall a great experience and I would hire Noah and his team again!
