Tony and his crew were punctual, friendly, respectful of our belongings, hard-working, and flexible when we ran into schedule delays. Very amiable group to work with. Hardware labeling and organization into a parts box for each room instead of taping hardware to disassembled furniture is something that could be improved, as well as not using tape on furniture pads; rubber band placement technique while padding furniture could be improved. I would highly recommend Tony and his crew for any local movers, but long distance movers should research and confer with Tony to ensure that the load meets moving vehicle weigh station requirements and that furniture and hardware are fully prepared for multi-day driving. Overall, I had a great experience.

On time, friendly, careful with our items. Quickly loaded & secured our items in our Penske truck Completed in under an hour, but well worth the minimum requirement of payment for 2 hrs! Also excellent email communication exchange with main contact before the move. Thank you, thank you.

Charles and crew did an outstanding job. Consummate professional. Took the time to protect and secure all items I was blown away by the fact that they wrapped all of the furniture and secured it. The steps at my apartment complex were particularly perilous, and they handle these with ease once the items were loaded on the truck. Charles made sure that there would be no load shift in the 1 Hour Dr. from the Bay Area to our new home. I highly recommend Charles and will use him again for any and all movie needs in the future.

I was really impressed by how awesome Jordan and Anthony were!!! They had great attitudes and were very willing to help me out in anyway I needed!!! Lots of energy!! And were mindful of trying not to damage walls, furniture etc… I would recommend them anytime!!! I would also, if I could, request that Jordan and Anthony be available to help me load POD 2!!! Again, they were wondering to work with!! Thank You Jordan and Anthony????

I had great communication with Brian and his team on and before moving day. They let me know they would be about an hour late. They worked hard, and were able to get everything moved out in about 1.5 hours. They brought all the tools and equipment to haul our belongings, using great care. I would definitely hire them again.

What a wonderful experience I had with Harris moving company. The three gentleman that came to help me move and pack were outstanding. They pack my pod good and tight, with no space, and help me load boxes. With no question at all I would use them again.

They were on time, very efficient and thorough and packed the POD so tight I couldn't believe they could get that much in the POD.

They were not on time BUT they were caught in traffic and called us while on the road and gave us a new ETA which they met. They were well prepared with straps and shrink wrap. They made the most of the time and never missed a beat. The loaded up the moving truck to its maximum capacity. They did multiple checks on the progress and with what items we wanted moved. Did a very good job of telling us what could fit into the truck and what won't. They actually asked to take a break, which was time off the clock. Very professional in their behavior and actions. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

You never know what you are going to get when you use the internet... But in this case it was perfect match for what we needed to move our home in Newark, CA. Two of the nicest guys showed up at our doorstep, including pre-arrival calls, to help my wife and I take a daunting task and make it happen successfully. The team manager, Pat Azi, was polite and professional - we never felt rushed as he explained how they were going to load our 16ft POD. His cohort, John, was a young quiet guy who stacked all the cartons and furniture in front of the POD for access as selected - both worked well as a pair. The care of our belongings was the big concern which they made sure received the proper TLC. We were so impressed that we want to hire them again for another POD in the coming weeks.

AWESOME! I had 2 helpers to unload a moving truck and carry it up 3 flights of stairs. Professional, courteous, on time service. This is the 2nd time I have used ProLoad and I highly reccommend them. You will not be dissappointed.
