They were on time, prepared for the job, very efficient and worked hard; loaded my things within two hours (actually went a couple of minutes over but didn't charge) and were very respectful of my things. My only concern at the time of the move was whether one of my Door-to-Door containers was overweight (since they filled one before moving to the second in an attempt to keep costs down as the company charges by container) and they assured me it wouldn't be a problem. In the event, the forklift had a bit of trouble due to the position of the container but the lift driver told me it was well within tolerance -- so trust these guys when they tell you "we do this 7 days a week for a living". Would definitely use them again!
