They are fast and efficient. They don't pack so make sure everything is ready for them to start loading. They helped me with taping boxes and wrapping furniture. They stacked everything tightly and efficiently in the container.

Oh my gosh, what a great experience I had with 5 Star Moving! First of all, I needed to reschedule for a day later than expected and they accomodated me even though their schedule that day was full. On moving day, Lucas kept me advised as to when the movers would arrive. And oh my gosh, the crew: Kevin and Alberto!!! So professional, kind and hardworking. I was so nervous that all of my stuff wouldn't fit in the pod, and Kevin kept assuring me not to worry. Alberto is a master magician and organizer. My pod was packed from floor to ceiling masterfully and with care. Thank you 5 Star Moving!

Andre and Charles were on time and did a stellar job packing an enormous puzzle of boxes and loose items into our four U-boxes. There was simply no wasted space and the loads were very well balanced. They worked steadily and thoughtfully. We told the company that we had to have this kind of service for this date because we had other actions hinging on the job being done timely and well. They delivered. First class job. It is the third time we have used Make It Easy On You and each time has been a good experience. Six stars, and I rarely give five.

JB movers (Jose and Drew) were right on time the day of the move. They were very professional and worked so hard. I would choose JB movers every time for moving assistance and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We recently hired Bay Area Movers to help rearrange furniture in our home and move packed boxes into the garage as we were preparing our house to go onto the market. We had an excellent experience and I would HIGHLY recommend this company! The movers called me when they were on their way with an estimated time of arrival. They were prompt and arrived within the 1 hour window I had scheduled. The two movers were friendly and eager to work! There were very helpful in organizing our garage to maximize storage space - thank you, thank you! I even asked them to disassemble and reassemble a baby crib and rocking chair - they did this flawlessly and under record time. True professionals and great service!

Excellent service. They showed on time and worked non stop for the entire 2 hours I needed them to move my stuff from a PODS to my apartment. They were polite and took great care not to "rough handle" my furniture. Great job....highly recommend.

Due to a communication error from MIE to the workers, they showed two hours early. But MIE took responsibility, apologized, and the rest of the work (moving furniture and boxes from the house to the U-Boxes) was carried out with great efficiency. The workers, David and Junior, were awesome! I don't use that word much because it is overused. But they deserve the accolade. I will definitely use MIE again. So glad I found it.

Wonderful crew. On time and did great job. Considered our furnitures and boxes and organized them well in the truck so they don’t move around. Nothing broken and we finished just on time. Recommended!
