I had an outstanding experience with our movers today, Robby and Jay. They were not only extremely professional and courteous but also incredibly careful with handling and unloading our belongings from the PODS container. They not only unloaded everything from the PODS container with great care but also took the extra step of reinstalling and placing our furniture, especially the heavy ones. We would rate their service a 50 out of 5! If you’re in need of local movers, I highly recommend reaching out to them. You won’t find a better service anywhere else. Their dedication and attention to detail made our moving process seamless and stress-free.

They were extremely polite, got to work in a well organized, hard working manner. They checked in with me regularly to be sure all the pieces and aspects of the loading process were satisfactory and had been included. I definitely would request this team in the future.

They showed up on time and got the job done. They worked hard and were efficient in packing my POD container. I'd use them again without a second thought.

- They came 20 minutes early, so I was not fully prepared - The job was not a standard one so they did not fully understand it. Still, they did well. - They were very concerned about getting things done quickly, so I felt a bit rushed. - but they moved everything I wanted moved in 2-1/2 hours rather than the allotted 3. On the other hand, 3 people showed up rather than the expected 2, but the total price was as quoted. Yes, I would use them again.

We presented the crew with a jumbled mess of a garage that had accumulated junk for the past 40 years. They worked quickly and were able to handle things that are quite unlike the standard, "pack up the lamps and furniture" requests. They made two trips to storage for us and worked a little past their expected time to leave to complete our job. They did all of this on a short four daya notice and came on a Saturday to boot. Great work all around.

Proload is definitely a Top quality moving company. They were so accommodating during my move and know how to compact space! Take their suggestions if you are short on space ??. Also, if you forgot to bring straps or bungies, don't worry about going to drive all the way to Home Depot, they'll help you. You will no go wrong booking this company. 5-stars in my book.

They were on time, friendly, professional, respectful of my belongings, and were very efficient in their role. I would definitely recommend hiring them as professional movers. Very hard working people.

The communication and punctuality could have been much better. I was told my window for them to show up was between 8-9am and was told I would be contacted the day before to confirm the move and time. When I did NOT receive that call, I phoned in at night to confirm they would show up the next morning. I was told they would show up and that they would call in the morning to let me know their time of arrival. I did NOT receive that call in the morning either. On the morning of, I got to the location early and ready. I finally received a call close to 9am and he told me that the other worker didn't have a car, so he had to go to pick him up and would be a little late after 9am. (Shouldn't he have known this the night before and gotten up earlier to arrive on time, rather than tell me at the time they were supposed to be there and then add to my wait time?). They did not show up until 9:30am. So, in total, I was there prior to 8am since I like to be early and not late. I already would have waited an hour if they came at the end of the time window, but since they were late, I waited a total of 1.5 hours. All this said, the two young men who assisted with moving the items were very hard workers and took care not to damage anything.

Mcleod Moving was a huge help to me and saved me about $2K. I had a partially full storage container that I had packed poorly plus many things had fallen and broken in transit. In addition, I had rented a smaller storage container thinking I would need it. Mcleod not only offered to repack my partially full container but they were also able to fit all of our things into the partially full container, making the smaller container unnecessary which saved me about $2K. I really appreciate their efforts and skill.
