Robert and Jonathan arrived on time and got to work. I was afraid not everything would fit in my POD and they packed it perfectly. I even have room for some additional items if I want to add something. They were courteous and respectful of my belongings. They were even kind enough to relocate my kitchen table within my home. I highly recommend these movers and will hire them again when my remodel is complete.

The men were efficient, careful and respectful in their work. It was a pleasure to have them here.

5/5 Would use again! David was fantastic. He was right on time (to the minute), communicative, diligent, careful, respectful, and very pleasant. I needed help finishing packing and loading into my Pod and David stayed all the extra time to ensure the job was done well and complete before leaving! I would recommend him to anyone else that needs help!

Carlos Gonzales and team were great! They arrived on time and were extremely knowledgeable about how to load the container and considerate of our belongings. They tied dowm boxes and furniture. They finished within the estimated time so we did not have to pay additional. I'd hire them again and recommend to anyone who needs to move. Thanks again!!

We had a disappointing experience. I would not recommend. The 3 star rating "their service was okay" seems to match our experience. I received a partial refund (for half an hour of extra time that I had paid). Without the partial refund I would have been even more disappointed and given 2 stars. We hired them to move contents of 1bedroom into a 15 foot Uhaul as part of an interstate move. After 3 hours they hadn't finished (and the truck was about 1/3 full) but I asked them to stop. The two movers were nice but unfortunately they were very slow. We appreciate that they put thought into how to load the truck but there wasn’t any sense of urgency or hustle; instead they worked pretty casually and spent a lot of time talking to each other instead of splitting up to work more efficiently separately. One of them would finish something and then instead of doing something else, they’d hang around to wait for the other so they could talk to each other. At nearly 2 hours, they politely mentioned it was near 2 hours and asked what I wanted to do as it would start to cost extra. I asked them based on their experience how much time it would take to finish. They said about 30-45 minutes to finish everything. But 45 minutes later they stopped with nowhere close to being done. Because they hadn't finished the move, my girlfriend and I had to finish ourselves. This was super stressful and we just barely were able to meet deadlines related to our move-out and it made our long-distance move more stressful than what we anticipated. The whole reason we had hired movers was to avoid this stress. As the movers were finishing up, the owner Lucas called me. I thought it was to ask how the move went but it was instead for him to ask me to pay him directly for the extra time, not HireAHelper site. This seems like a violation of the terms and I thought it was pretty shady. When I contacted Lucas after the move, Lucas did refund half of the extra 1 hour that I paid to him directly. After we arrived in Washington state, we hired a different company to unpack the Uhaul and we had a better experience with that other company. I gave the other company 5 stars in their review.

Really solid, nice guys. They were able to finish the job within the allotted time and took care to not scratch up my newly painted walls. I really appreciated that they listened. Definitely recommend them!

The guys were really friendly and arrived on time. It would have been good to get a call or email to confirm their arrival at least 1 day in advance, I wasn't sure if they were still coming since I had scheduled it a few months in advance. I think it was challenging for the team because they actually needed more time than what I paid for (2 hours). Because of the short time, they couldn't disassemble everything. Because they couldn't disassemble, they left many dings on the walls and one of the walls had a dent as a result. I am hoping my furniture isn't damaged, but won't know until we unload the furniture.

Great service! Movers showed up on time and efficiently packed our Pod so we are prepared for a cross country. The movers were professional and strategic when packing. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be a return customer if we ever need assistance again.

Chad & Braden are the team to beat when it comes to moving. Everyone will say that their move is unusual or different than the normal point to point move. Ours was no exception. Our move consisted of loading up our house up in a 17foot UHaul and then reload everything in a POD about 5 miles away. Chad & Braden made this happen with one trip of the UHaul and got everything into our POD. Moves are stressful no matter how much money or time you have and this team made it so much easier. Chad called me when he was on his way first thing in the morning to get an idea of what was in store for him and Braden. I appreciated the call and being on time at an early hour, (7am!). You would expect the team to slow down by the end of the day but these two came through consistently.

The workers were wasted no time getting to work, were very resectful of my proerty, finished job in 2 hours for a 16 foot pod. I recommended they service to a real estate agent.

The team of John and his coworker that came out were fantastic. They put everything that I needed where I wanted it. They helped flip the couch and table over as I could not do that myself. No damage was noticed and they made quick work of the full POD. I can not recommend them enough, they were some of the best movers I have ever worked with.

These guys were fast, not wasting any time. All of our things were fully secured in our Pod 16x8x8 container using our own ratchet straps by the movers. Very polite team that showed up early. Highly recommend.
