Movers started strong packing the truck for me efficiently and quickly. About 45-60 minutes into their TWO-hour job, they got VERY slow and toward the end, were just putting things in the truck without rhyme or reason and leaving things in the house that I kept having to point out. They were moving so slow that my sister who had come by, pulled me aside to share her concern that they were moving so slow and thought that this was a tactic they were using to make more money. She was probably right: I paid DOUBLE what I signed up to pay due to their slow movement and a lot of standing around and discussing rather than hustling to get the job done. All I hired them to do was load my moving truck and as they said, when they arrived, I was in the 95 percentile of preparedness. They didn't need to pack anything. The upside is that they took great pains to wrap several pieces of my furniture and everything arrived in the new state unscathed.

We had an afternoon appointment. 5 Star Moving kept us updated throughout the day on arrival time which was very helpful and appreciated. The 3 person crew worked very efficiently - each person was busy the entire time. The crew understood our instructions and concerns about certain pieces of furniture and quickly began the process. The job was finished earlier than we expected.

They packed our 16 foot pod to 100%. They work fast and did a very detailed job on wrapping and padding everything.

They were on time & did a good job. I had requested a third person when they phoned to confirm, and was informed of the additional cost. What wasn’t clear was that I needed to pay cash at the time of service - plus any additional costs for tape, etc. It all worked out, but would have preferred a credit card transaction prior to service since there was ample time.

They showed up on time in the South Bay to load my model train layout into the truck. They were very professional and completed the task expeditiously. We especially appreciated this since we were driving back to Nevada that day. They took care of everything and we were very happy with the work. We would use them again.

Reggie and Joe were amazing. We had several heavy pieces of furniture on the 2nd floor and they moved them with ease. We were worried about all that had to fit in the truck but they made it work and kept things super organized. I would highly recommend them and ProLoad!
