Came early, worked extremely efficiently. Very professional and had great attention to detail. Will definitely use for our next move! Highly recommend!

The movers were courteous and worked quickly once they arrived, but I had several concerns with the service. They were scheduled for noon on August 21, but due to delays on an earlier job, couldn’t come until late evening. We rescheduled for the next morning, which was fine. However, during the packing they removed the mirror from a dresser and forgot to load it. I called them back, and while they did return, I was charged a full additional hour for two workers just to pack that single item. I also asked that they prioritize essential belongings, but instead they loaded less important items that were only meant to go if there was space. By the time I realized it, I felt it would take too long to have them redo the work. In the end, the POD was filled, but lack of attention to instructions and charging a full extra hour for a quick oversight left me dissatisfied. A bit more care and communication would have made the experience much better.

They were held up with previous job, so did start very late. But they called to let us know they would be late and once they arrived they did a great job. Very careful and smart about how to move and stack items. Pleasant and easy to work with, also.

Kevin and his team are truly miracle workers! They were on time, efficient, and incredibly nice. The entire team was able to get all of my items from my one bedroom apartment in Oakland to a moving truck in 1.5 hours! Everyone was on time, helped me make sure my apartments were handled with care. And they worked their butts off during a heat wave! I highly recommend hiring KM North Moving Services!

Both our point person in the office and the crew assigned to our job were great. They kept us in the loop and made us feel they respected our belongings. They were honestly the easiest part of our move.

Kevin and his crew SAVED us!! They were so friendly, quick, and helpful. We spent 3 days driving from Colorado to Oakland and decided we needed a fast unload after making it to our apartment. I reached out very last minute on a Saturday night, and they accepted quickly. We allocated 2 hours to get everything moved in for our 1200 square foot home and got it done in a little over an hour. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone, and I’d absolutely hire them again if we need to move anywhere in the city.

If you’re reading this, stop here and just book with 5 Star Moving. Sean and Danny were an exceptional crew that helped us pack our 16’ POD. I was personally nervous that all of our stuff wasn't going to fit in the container, but they were confident it was going to work out. And work out it did; so well, that there were even a couple of feet to spare in the container for extra “chowder”. They wrapped all of our furniture and large, awkwardly-shaped items with all the material we provided with utmost care, but just as much speed and efficiency. To top it off, they had the best attitude and professionalism. They also liked to interact with us while keeping the workflow going. Just a great experience overall. Also, a thank you to the owner Lucas for coordinating the job and being very communicative with requirements leading up to POD packing day. I wish I could be more vernacular here, but I’ll keep it PG for the sake of other users: You guys are the bee’s knees. Thank you!
