They were scheduled for noon on August 21, but due to delays on an earlier job, couldn’t come until late evening. We rescheduled for the next morning, which was fine. However, during the packing they removed the mirror from a dresser and forgot to load it. I called them back, and while they did return, I was charged a full additional hour for two workers just to pack that single item. I also asked that they prioritize essential belongings, but instead they loaded less important items that were only meant to go if there was space. By the time I realized it, I felt it would take too long to have them redo the work. In the end, the POD was filled, but lack of attention to instructions and charging a full extra hour for a quick oversight left me dissatisfied. A bit more care and communication would have made the experience much better.
