They both were on time quick helpful follow instructions and finish the job very early. Very polite did not rushed. Did not break anything. I would definitely recommend these guys for other movers worked hard didn’t complain.

The movers were courteous and worked quickly once they arrived, but I had several concerns with the service. They were scheduled for noon on August 21, but due to delays on an earlier job, couldn’t come until late evening. We rescheduled for the next morning, which was fine. However, during the packing they removed the mirror from a dresser and forgot to load it. I called them back, and while they did return, I was charged a full additional hour for two workers just to pack that single item. I also asked that they prioritize essential belongings, but instead they loaded less important items that were only meant to go if there was space. By the time I realized it, I felt it would take too long to have them redo the work. In the end, the POD was filled, but lack of attention to instructions and charging a full extra hour for a quick oversight left me dissatisfied. A bit more care and communication would have made the experience much better.

Purcell and Carlos were early and very efficient, they finished everything in half the time allotted and were very careful with my stuff. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Neostart is an awesome local mover in Oakland, CA. They were kind and friendly handled my stuff carefully and also put some miscellaneous objects in these awesome quick set-up boxes. i would recommend!

Bob and his moving partner were absolutely fantastic. Bob came a little before the scheduled load time to walk through everything I needed move and started to move things accordingly. He and his partner worked swiftly and were gentle with my things. I’d highly recommend this company!

They were on time, courteous, worked hard. The pod looked to be packed perfectly, but I’ll have to wait till I get to my destination and unload it, which won’t be for 4 to 6 months.

My two ProLoad movers showed up on time, and were extremely skillful at loading up my U-Pack cubes to maximize the space available... like an intricate game of tetris. They wrapped my belongings in the materials I provided, and aligned with us on a gameplan before getting started. The only reason this wasn't a 5-star review is that they put a pretty decent gouge in my wood floor with the a couch leg. And then I saw them drag a heavy rubbermaid container across the floor leaving more scratches. I pointed this out to him immediately and he were very apologetic and didn't let it happen again.
