Great communication and the team worked super hard and finished early! Overall, it was a good experience. The team had a bit less experience with packing, e.g. using dish packs, glass packs, bubble wrap sheets, etc. than I'd expected and a few walls/pieces of furniture got dinged in the process but they were accommodating and responsive... overall, I'd definitely hire them again.

Two young men showed up, they were very polite and knew exactly what they were doing. They had my large POD completely full and secure in under 2hrs!! Thank you Louis and Arturo

The team from Bay Area Moving & Storage was wonderful. They took great care of our things and managed to fit way more into the storage pod than what we thought was possible. They were very easy to work with. I will hire them again.

I cannot say enough about how fantastic this team is! I am going through a very large move and Kevin and his team with Kush immediately put me at ease and worked quickly and efficiently to pack my POD like expert Tetris players. I was truly shocked at how much they were able to get into the POD all while taking great care of all items and ensuring everything was loaded carefully. I can finally take a deep breathe and see the light at the end of an overwhelming packing/moving experience thanks to these guys. Best decision I could have made and I will hands down be using them again moving forward!

The two men who came to my house, Carlos and I didn't catch the other man's name, were awesome!!! Very polite, did the job fast and efficiently, and if they didn't know something, they asked me first. They were very respectful in every way and very hard workers! When the job was done, they even asked me if I needed anything else done! VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! They arrived on time, even earlier. I would definitely use them again!!! They were very nice too!!! Thank you so much for a great experience! :)

Our movers called promptly to let us know they were delayed by heavy traffic, but more than made up for it with their efficiency and hard work packing our POD. They treated everything respectfully and did a wonderful job filling the box without gaps. They were friendly and fun to talk with as well. Highly recommend.

Pat and the crew (Andre and Sean) were amazing. We had some complications with our container placement and needed to rush our packing in order to get it out of the street (the county cited us). The crew was able to come a little early on short notice to accommodate us. Andre and Sean were super polite, hard working, big and strong and had our stuff packed up much faster than we expected. We have a two part move and will definitely use them again for part two.

I can't speak more highly of these guys. They showed up on time. Were easy to get along with. Flexible when it comes to my multiple stop move. They were friendly and curteous to those along the way as well. We were moving during during prime traffic rush hours and Larry guided me a back way that cut off at least 30 mins drive time. And when my van was full he went the extra mile and put my mattress safely in the back of his truck. I booked 4 hours and it took exactly that. I am grateful to both of them for their hard work! I highly recommend their services and will be passing on their info to anyone who needs it!

The two gentlemen, Daniel and Jahari provided me with excellent help. I hired Moving Zoom to unpack me after a move from San Rafael to Redwood City, Ca. They did everything I needed done and clearly understood I had some physical limitations which required them doing every little thing. They were also very patient, there was no problem with me changing my mind and they easily and cheerfully re-did things for me. They were both respectful and professional. A job well-done. I will use them again to both pack and move me. Moving Zoom came highly recommended from a friend and they did not disappoint.

Ezekiel was amazing. He fit things together like puzzle pieces, was open to my suggestions, got the job done well and on time. Kevin did as he was told, but was clearly not into it. They were on time. Ezekiel worked hard and was respectful of my things. I would use Five Star Moving again.

These guys were the best! They were on time and extremely efficient. It is amazing how well they can pack in two containers. They took care in wrapping items up so they would not get scratched or broken and had a "can-do" attitude the entire day. I would certainly use again.
