The movers were friendly, respectful, and hardworking. They were knowledgeable about packing our truck and strapping everything down, and nothing was damaged during our move. Only downside was that I did not get a confirmation phone call the day before, and they were late arriving to our home, but besides those two things I highly recommend Square-One. I would use them again.

Noah and his team are excellent. They work rapidly. They will do as much or as little packing as you need. His team communicates well, they are careful, friendly, efficient, and well coordinated. They crushed packing 2 full PODS in a few house and it was an incredible game of Tetris. Highly recommend.

I booked Mcleod for both packing and loading for our move, on separate days during the same week. For packing - I would give them a 3 out of 5 - they didn't confirm the time beforehand, arrived hours late, didn't bring materials they said they would (shrink wrap), packed carefully but not quickly, and I needed to personally put in extra time after to finish. That being said, they mostly did a solid job on what they packed. For loading - they were excellent - 5 out of 5 - came on time, were prepared, had all the right equipment, dollies, shrink wrap - and did a fast and professional job, even getting everything into one less container pod than I expected.

The movers that came to our house were amazing! They were courteous and professional. All our furniture was supposed to go into a POD but the people from POD could not deliver due to power lines. I told the movers that there was a slight change and that we would be loading a truck and unloading. I had contracted them for two hours and they got it done! Nothing was scratched or broken. All went well from the house to the truck to storage. Thank you! I will hire them again when we have to get our stuff out of storage and our remodel is finished. Thanks so much! I had a great experience using this company. Kevin called the day before to make sure we were both aligned and prepared for the day of the movers coming. The movers came on time. They were quick, helpful, and friendly. They were "masters of Tetris" and able to fit everything into the container. I had been worried it wouldn't fit, but they made it happen easily. They work expediently and professionally. I was very happy with the service from start to finish. Taj and Omar were my movers and definitely made it a stress free moving day. Lucas was easy to communicate with and was able to schedule an arrival that worked with our POD delivery. The movers got everything done in the 2 hours even in the rain and had a good system to keep our stuff as dry as possible! I would recommend them to my friends.

Super hard working honest crew that moved a collection of heavy crates and irregularly shaped heavy objects. They went above and beyond assisting with disassembly and packing/wrapping of large items and doing a great job minimizing linear footage used in the trailer. They even moved my daughter's artwork from the wall to make sure it wasn't damaged - I would use them again
